Has somebody here been Approved without ever seeing her/his case online?

Have never been able to see my case online. My PD is Octuber 3rd I gonna reach my 5 months in 7 days. March 3rd.

My husband called and asked to talk to a Tier2 Supervisor but a kind rep said he could help him. So the guy couldnt see the case online neither and made a Service Request, he said it is going to take a month for usbto have an answer and that probably our case is approved after that. "2 weeks" from February 20th I really doubt it. But I hope he is right.

Lets keep the hope lights burning. God will see us through soon as this wait is a killer! I have travelled to Africa four times in the last one year and I hope I don't have to before my wife gets here.

I dont understand this either cuz there are 4 Approvals from sept. I am losing my hope to be approved at the end of March. My PD is oct 3rd. ?? Nebraska SUCKS

I am actually hoping earlier...it has been longer than necessary but we have no choice but to wait.

So, am I. I was expecting my NOA2 by March 5th or 11th but here my estimated time says March 23rd or 28th. I guess it is cuz nebraska is behind. As soon it is in March it is fine by me cuz I know nebraska is the slower center.

I am Sep 10th but nothing so far but with this hope in mind, "every day is closer than the previous". I hope to get some news this week.

Hi Folks ? I saw two september filers with PD 10th and 11th that were approved on February 20th and 22nd.

My husband sent our I-130 on sept 30th PD oct 3rd it means we are close to get our NOA2 ?

Hope Nebraska works quicker?

Your wife can send some explanations why she is not working. And any us citizen can be ur joint sponsor. A friend or someone you know. I have known of people that pay to somebody to be their joint sponsor. But a good friend with enough income tax can sponsor u.

If you have not been aprroved yet it means it is taking 6 months. I guees I won't be approved until April that is when I reach my 6 months ?

Lolz I totally disagree not all US women are crazy I mean there are crazy people everywhere women and men. Dom Rep is full of crazy people lolz. I am from DR _? US women are different and I like it. All women should be the same free, Independent and open minded. But this all is about culture.

Since I know American girls have a different mentality they are more free and open mibd but it does not give her the right to yell on you, cheat on you or go to make shows in your work place. As you said she has mental problem I suggest you to talk to her family and her to try to solve ur problems but she is not fine at all so I doubt she changes.

I am married to a us citizen but I am not still on US. I put myself in your shoes and I would never like my husband to change from what he is now to a monster.

Divorce is always an option. You might love her but you should love yourself first. I am sorry for her mentally problem but she seems like she's not in capacity to handle a marriage.

You are a permanent resident. You won't get deported unless you do something ilegal in the US.

Can someone tell me how long does nebraska service center take to approve the I-130. My husband is a us Citizen, he sent the I-130 petition on sep 29th 2014 and it was received by uscis on oct 3rd which is my priority date. We got NOA1 on oct 11th. Is not from abroad. I am in my country DR and he is un Frorida. Someone with a close priority date to mine has gotten his/her NOA2 from Nebraska ? NOT FROM ABROAD. Thanks

In a moment It came to my mind Maribe1p was my husband that posted our case to get some help but then thought it is not possible cuz my husband has not said it to me and we talk abou everthing lol and why would he use a woman nickname ??? I feel more relax to know I am not the only one in this situation. Hoping we get good notice soon.

2014, it was received by USCIS on Oct 3 and we got our NOA1 on Oct 11 just like you. I am not able to see my case online neither we are just in the same situation I would like to keep in touch with you so we cab help which other in any progress of our cases. I know this is frustrating. I am living it, we've never been able to see our case online it always shows a validation error or says it does not recognize our receipt number. When my husband called they said it is a website issue that they are working our case normally not to worry and be patient.

Hope to hear from you and our cases are approved this coming month. We are closed to get our noa2 cuz it is going to be 5 months since they got our files.
