If you have interview date , you have done your profil at ustraveldocs.com, with the confirmation page from ustravel you go to do medical.
You can go 10 or 15 bussines days befor interviw at consular section.
You know that you need an appoinment at vca for fingers print and photo .

That happened to me, just keep checking throughout the day, don't wait til Wednesday. You never know something could open up on Monday...

If you don't fill in a timeline, when asking questions give us a little bit of background.Email usually only matters before your NOA1 as everything else can be checked online.
Now that you have been approved recently you should be awaiting on your case number? Once this is received through post you can continue with the rest (medical and interview).
You shouldn't need anything through email now either.
Ps. If you have used a lawyer, they should be doing this for you, if they messed up, they should fix their mistake.

Call NVC and they will correct your email. The embassy uses email in Pakistan to ask for documents, medicals and other things. I think it's important they have the correct email address.
