My wife's A number already has a Zero after the A"-her A-number has the complete 9 digits

My wife's CR1 visa was issued more than two weeks ago,she will be flying to the US on July 6th. We have been trying the pay the $165 greencard fee online (Uscis ELIS) but have been unsuccessful. We keep getting this error messages with different dates each time:

The A-Number or DOS Case ID you entered is incorrect. Please enter the A-Number and DOS Case ID listed on the USCIS Immigrant Fee handout you received from the U.S. Embassy or consulate.ERROR: NOTE: If your visa was issued less than five (5) days ago, you may not be able to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee at this time. Based on the date you entered, we recommend that you log into your USCIS ELIS account on or after June, 20, 2015 to pay the fee.

Any one with thesame problem?

My wife's visa interview was approved today. Interview was stress free-visa to be picked up in 5 business days from today. Thank you Jesus.

My wife will be going for her medicals tomorrow in Lagos Nigeria. She is about 4 months plus pregnant. Will she be allowed to do all the necessary test while pregnant? Can she be given an x-ray of the chest without problems? Anything to worry about? Any one who had a similar circumstance should please,enlighten me on these concerns. Thanks

I am getting ready to send in my documents to NVC. I am the pertitioner,must i send a copy of police clearance to NVC or I can just have my wife present it at the embassy during her interview? My wife resides in Nigeria(not in Lagos),she tried to get the police certificate where she resides but she was told to go to Lagos. She is pregnant and I don't want to risk her travelling to lagos in her condition. Any recent Nigerian fillers pls comment. Thanks
