hello all. I am new to posting the message at visajourney. I have a question if you can help me out.
my permanent resident was approved in 2013 and i have to file i 751 for removing conditions this year. As per the evedences me and my wife filed taxes together as married filling jointly For 2013.for this year As our income is not even we decided to file married filling seperarely. Will this gonna effect my i 751 process?
I know the uscis requires the evidences as much as possible but this is just our decisiion as a couple. Can you suggest me on this.
