  1. A couple questions, and thank-you everyone for you replies, this is the best place on the net!

1.) I filed the I-129F Tuesday, and checked it a zillion times. It was perfect. Then AFTER mailing it I realize the birthdaytes were left of her parents biography on the G325.... It says, "parents date, place of birth (if known) and she only filled out place of birth (city and country) but no date. Is this going to screw it all up??? HELP!!!

2.) Although from Philippines, she has worked in Hong Kong, is 36, has a college degree, owns rural real estate (a mango farm), has an 18 daughter in nursing school, a visa credit card, 200,000 PHP in the bank, and a mother nearby. She also has a job as a teacher. I can add whatever to her bank account if needed.

While the k-1 is pending (CSC) do you think she would qualify for a visitors visa (I have a home in Las Vegas also, so I thought she might be able to buy a "tour package" to vegas or something, or even just come as a vistor to attend one of my educational seminars (I do training for education professionals - semiars with state approval for professionals) and come hang out for a few weeks. Currently I am going to Philippines every other month, and that is a lot of travel, it would be nice if she came here.

I understand visitors visa is hard to get, but with her situation (she is not a young starving girl with no ties or means of economic support), is it possible? Or would even an application perhaps harm her k-1 process?

    Thank-you.

  2. On the left of the signature block it says, "This form is in connection with an application for" Choices are Naturalization, Status ans Perm Resident, or other.

I checked "other" and in the line write I-129F is that correct????

Also, right above the signature line it says "Show below last occupation abraod if not shown above. (include all info requested above).

My fiance worked in Hong Kong as a housekeeper, but it was MORE than 5 years ago and the form seems to indicate "applicants employment for the last five year". Should these years in Hong Kong be listed in this form or not if it was more than five years ago??

    thank-you!

  3. I am completing the 129f for the k-1 application. My fiance has an 18year old daughter, who is listed on the 129-f.

The instructions from USCIS ask for 50x050 photo and g325a for the fiance, but not the daughter. I have signed biographical forms and pictures of the fiance, but not for the daughter. Can I complete the 129f without these, or do I need to collect pictures and bigraphical forms for the daughter too, wich will delay the filing. Or can these forms and pictures be supplied at a later date, like during the interview.

    Thank-you for your replies.
