Im bringing my little sister with me a day before to have a day alone with her since shes having such a hard time with me leaving. Hi guys! Im leaving for Stockholm wednesday for the interview on thursday. I have some final questions of course :-) did i need to get stamps for the brown evelope that they send my passport in later on if approved? If so how many? I think i read it a long time ago but im not sure? How did you guys do it? Since im from denmark im guessing i need some stamps for it? And is there any final fees to be paid on the day or before the interview? The ds160 is of course paid and done. But i just wanna make sure. The checklist doesnt say anything about that. Hi guys! I have a question. My fiances employees letter is dated in april, since we asked for it there after we got our NOA2. My interview isnt till 16 days from now. Is the employee letter too old for the interview? I dont know if his work wants to send another personal one regarding his employment etc. Just didnt think about back then if the date for all this interview documents would get "old".. ? Also, we dont have any pay stubs from his work all feb and march cause his work was on strike back then. What is your guys experience with the affidavit of support at the interview? Got my visa in the mail today! It was issued May 5 (according to the CEAC tracker), so it got here really quickly. Not gonna lie, it felt pretty darn awesome to open up my passport and see the visa attached in there.

Awww, that's awesome that he'll be there with you soon!!!! I know what you mean about your sister and niece - it's going to be hard on my fiance's family, especially his Mom. I know they're really happy for us and have welcomed me into the family, but it's still going to be really hard for them that he's not there. I won't be able to wear any makeup at the airport because it will all go streaming down my face, I'm sure with all the tears! That's good that you've already made the trip quite a lot, this time it will be one way!!!! We're really hoping to come home before Ramadan starts on June 18th, but that might be tight. If not, I'll stay there in Morocco until the end of Ramadan on July 17th and then we'll come home! We're actually moving up north when he gets here for my new teaching job, so I definitely don't want him fasting and moving, wayyyyyy too stressful! It's all so surreal, I won't believe it until he's actually here, though!

hopefully his family can come and visit you guys! My family is coming in August for the wedding and im so excited! My parents have already last year visited my and Todd and stayed with us while i was there for 3 months again. My sister im sure will feel better when she can visualize it all since she hasnt seen our home and where ive been living with todd for the past 3 years every 3 months. So im hoping it will help her missing ❤️But for sure, the beneficiarys have something to deal with no matter what regarding the family and friends in home country. But i couldnt imagine to spend my life anywhere else than with todd overthere at our place. Aww sounds like a good plan for if you get your case soon or if its later! How long are you able to stay in morocco? ❤️Im a teacher too! ?will be years im sure untill i get to teach again but its okay. Thats part of all this and worth it to marry my soulmate!! But yeah prepare for a teary departure, but again it will be a happy day!! You guys can finally be together forever and his family will still be there to visit you guys hopefully! ? im looking forward to no more heartbreaking goodbyes with fiance in airport soon! That is so awesome!!!!! Are you going to travel to the States together then? That's what I'm trying to do - when he gets the interview date, I'll head over there so that we can have a celebration with his family, then come home! Assuming, of course that he gets approved! hahaha!

Then i quit my job 1st of june so i will be spending all my time with my sister and my niece, she is struggling with the fact that im moving now. Shes know for 3 years but now its actually happening. Breaks my heart shes so sad but it how it is ❤️ Then i travel home in mid June if my interview 4th of June goes good ? i have flown alone to san francisco to be with my fiance 15 times the last 3 years so im okay with doing it all alone. The goodbyes in the airport to family and friends might make it all weird and emotional. But it will all be okay! When are you guys hoping to be back home together? ❤️❤️

Just checked CEAC tracker - perfect!!! Thank you so much! It says at NVC - I'll definately just keep an eye on that and go from there. My poor fiance is on pins and needles, he wants his interview date already! hahaha!

hehe i felt that way too! My fiance wanted me to wait woth it all till we for sure knew the embassy had it so i wouldnt mess up the process steps. But after advice from fellow scandinavians i took my chance and did the form and interview booking. So in a few days you guys can do the same ❤️Yess so glad medical is over. Got two vaccinations, tetanus and measle one since i missed one as a child lol. And xray and bloodwork. So now its all just about one more wait. And my fiance is coming on saturday!! I feel blessed!! Did you get an email or letter from NVC? And if you did how long did you wait ?

got nothing at all. Just used ceac tracker. And as soon as it said in transit i filled out DS form and booked an interview and paided the fee. I didnt hear anything untill the embassy sent me the email saying they have my case and the checklist. I had already done it all in this weekend and got the email on monday. So i didnt even wait for any response. And it worked out fine ❤️? but you will not get anything from NVC. You are supposed to get a hardcopy feom NVC but that can take a month. So dont wait for a indifferent letter stating they sent ur case. U just use ceac tracker ????

Just had my medical and it went fine! No Hep A and B for me. They say its not in my age range for requirements. If that helps anyone outthere having doubts like i did. I had the tetanus and MF ( measles etc) i didnt get my second one when i was 12 yrs old. Xray was fine and all in all super nice people. Took about 1,5 hours here i copenhagen. I feel like crying of happiness all the time!! ❤️?? i cant believe 3 years of pendling back and forth every 2 months is soon over and we just get our lives back and spend forever together. I so hope from now on it will be all good with medical and interview! I booked my stockholm tickets and hotel and im just ready for 31 days to go by fast now!! Wow, that's crazy! Thank you, I will call them Monday. Do I tell them the WAC number and ask them if there is an embassy number asigned to it? And I know, it's so sad the discrepancies in the wait times - I really hope things speed up for everyone too!!!

yes they will ask you first thing what your case number is and you will give them the WAC number. Then they say " you have got a case number today i will put you through to the one whos gonna give that". then you wait some time, and you will get someone who will give you the new case number ( embassy number) and an Invoice number. After that you go to Ceac Tracker and punch in you new case number and follow your case from there untill it says Ready which means its at the embassy
