      I don't think so. Usually you can drive on an international or your home DL for 6-12 months (I believe that depends on what state you live in), but then you will have to go through the whole thing - take the computer (theory) test, schedule and take the road test. I highly recommend getting an hour with a driving school prior to your road test (even if you've been driving for several years), so that they can show you what exactly you'd be expected to do.
