Didn’t realise there was a new uscis site to check the updates, was meant to receive a notice by mail but didn’t get anything so followed up with that. Not sure if they didn’t send it or my mail sucks. Either way happy to see a new website that’s a bit more efficient.

Had my biometrics in Sept of last year.

Haven’t done it, but it seems pretty straightforward since you can just do it online... I will be moving in a couple of months so had already looked it up haha
Yeah it seems straight forward, hoping I get my card before then but I know that’s a lot to ask!

Anyone had to change their address whilst waiting/in the middle of this? Hopefully moving next month or so but wondered if it’s going to be easy to update everything.

Feb 27th, case received at local office.
Not one to get excited too soon, but this movement is better than seeing the same message every single time!

It was sent from Vermont, so we’ll see.

Posted in 2016 by accident. NOA Aug 25th, biometrics Sept 21st. Now sitting & waiting!

NOA on Aug 25th. Had my biometrics on 9/21 and sat waiting since!

Wow thats great. It gives me hope that our case will get approved without having to wait so many months. We are in NYC too.
Congratulation!!!
Thank you, it's a big relief and was certainly an unexpected surprise during my lunch yesterday!
I received my work permit at the start of June, and my potential waiver letter towards the end of June. If that helps you in anyway!

Much like the other posts previous to this one, received an update yesterday that my AOS had been approved and that my GC is in production.
Wasn't expecting this after the interview waiver letter stating a "big back log" and "up to 6 months"
Thank you to anyone who has helped with my questions and all the best to everyone else applying.

Day 71 since my NOA 1. It's Actually getting stressful and frustrating now
Still hoping for a good news this week. For those who got approved already (EAD/AP), how did you find out? Via email or case status in their site? I'm using the USCIS case tracker application.
I signed up on the USCIS website so I logged in every so often to check, but also had email notifications turned on.
I received the emails then logged in to check.

So it's been 72 days and nothing with no RFE's. I think I'll wait til the end of the week to call but where do I find the number?
72 or 73 was the lucky day for me. Hopefully you won't have to call but here you go: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days

Thank you! It felt never ending, very very happy right now!

I had my biometrics on April 14
I had mine on April 20th, and my EAD was updated to being produced yesterday. I had no RFE's so yours should be soon.
-
I really can't wait for all this waiting to be over with......... Submit my case from March 12 they received it on March 16. until now I have not received my EAD and they say they should reach a decision by June 20
When did you have your biometrics?
-
Hello everyone just checking in. Our NOA date was March 25 and we are still waiting to receive my husbands EAD, just wanted to check in and see everyone else's status!
My NOA was March 20th and I had my biometrics on April 20th. Only just recieved approval of my EAD yesterday. Hope this helps.
-
Just got an email to say my EAD is in production and will be mailed out, can't explain how happy I am right now.
-
Fingers crossed we hear something good this week!
-
Same situation, Miyon83. 70 days today, no RFE either.
Missed out on 2 jobs so far, been offered another so fingers crossed it updates soon.
-
No RFE here either, will definitely be calling them if (I hope it doesn't) hits 75 days!
-
Congrats to everyone getting approvals!
68 days and counting, can't wait to get working & this is not helping!
-
Another day with nothing

I checked my online status this morning and it said that my EAD was mailed to me. NBC is in Lee's Summit, MO and I live in Kansas City, MO so I suppose it will arrive real soon
Awesome news, congrats!

It seems a bit more up to date with things, you have to sign up for a new account on it.
