You schedule the appointment from the USCIS website you just find the local office in their website menu and schedule it there. They don't need the letter just your DL and GC. This is it:)

There is a N-400 guide on this website and as far as getting a stamp you need to make in InfoPass appointment at your local office and they will stamp it, you can schedule the appt online

I am scared there were only like 1-2 approvals this week. I was expecting VSC to jump in and finish September, so they can move onto the next month. It seems like this is not the case. I have two theories:
1. The VSC has a bunch of really old employees, who take forever to go through application.
2. The have 2 part time employees altogether and they work on Mon and they approve like 20 ppl per shift and send 5 ppl RFE's
VSC time frame is so off, they are so behind every year(at least twice an year) and it seems like every time you try to stand up your right and call Customer Service you get scolded because you are just supposed to stay in the middle of nothing waiting for a year to see what happens.
Due to their irresponsible processing times I cannot go to my sisters wedding because it is right around the time I will get approved/RFE/interview.
Because what is "better" than putting your life on hold, due to people who are obviously incompetent of doing their job.
CSC should be an example of how things should be done.
I think that clearly stated my opinion on VSC and no need to say I am extremely upset at the situation we are all stuck in: just hanging in the loop of bureaucracy.
I want to finish my taunt in a positive manner, so I hope all of you enjoy the nice spring weather and none of us has to wait until the fall to have their GC in hands:)
