    It's an ancient story. Sure you've heard it before.

    Ran into each other unexpectedly online.
    Quickly became friends.
    Romance soon followed.
    Fell in love.
    Now - can't live without each other.


    ~Summer 2004 - Ran into each other online, by fluke (Fate!)
    ~Fall 2004 - Hundreds of hours spent e-mailing, chatting, talking on the phone
    ~February 2005 - She flew up to Montreal for a week, to spend time with me in person. (Brave girl!)
    ~July 2005 - I flew to Florida to stay with her for 3 weeks
    ~July 19, 2005- Got engaged :D
    ~December 28, 2005 - January 3, 2006 - Amber visited me for a week
    ~January 2006 - filed K-1 paperwork
    ~July 2006 - still hadn't heard anything (and she was getting cold feet)
    ~July 2006 - flew down to Florida
    :Found out we finally got word July 18
    :Also found out she was now in love with someone else
    :( Went our separate ways after one last tryst

    But I'm feeling MUCH better now!

    Hi JEDI Thanks for your nice comment. Things are going well and we are so glad to be nearing the next stage of the process. We got married last Friday and I've updated my timeline. Now its time to adjust status. I made a slight goof though. I didn't file for my SSN two weeks after I arrived like I should have. I didn't know I was supposed to? Anyhow...I've filed and am now waiting
