Hi again does anybody can help me I got my case number at nvc, I just needed to know how long it takes to arrive at the embassy, and if there is something else, that I need to send to NVC?? or just wait till the case arrive to the embassy???

Finally our case arrived NVC and we got our case number as well, now wait till they send to the embassy. thanks lord ufff,guys keep positive

I recomend you that write to your ombudsman, thats help us a lot and they expidate our case which was located at NVR now we just receive our second noa 2 weeks ago and we planing to call nvc next week to see if they already have it

Congrats for all if you guys that ur case have been sent to the embassy. Im recived a extended copy of my NOA2 till Abril 20 i dont know if my case already reach nvc or what planing call in a week.

Hello guys I need some help here, my case was sending to NVR, and I got an email just las week that my case was found in NRC, and then they going reviewing and sending back to NVC, I just needed to know how long it takes and accidentally they sent my case there, can you give me some information about it? Ok Finally I have some news, our case is at NRC, I dont know whay they sending to that area since we have an approved petition, they going review the case and then sending to NVC, anyone of you, happen similar????

Thats a crazy waiting, our noa2 in oct 3 and still doesnt have the case gosh!

Anther week without case sent to nvc they just said this case "will be send to nvc" at least they haven't lost it.

Again called to nvc it does not have my case called uscis they dont give me any answer they just say be patient and wait for the email inquiry so frustrated about it another week without my case number ?

We are in the same boat bro, this is a poor service, I recieved my Noa2 on Oct 3 and it will expire this coming feb 2, called NVC they still does not have nothing, I keep positive, i didnt know that this take so long, so hopefully at the begining of freb we hear something.

Im still waiting hopefully get my case at NVC this week, Im waiting since Oct.3, I really dont understand why they are taking so long on this, why is so hard to put general information in a computer.

Ok I called NVC yestarday the guy was so nice, he asked me about the letter I have and if i could read it, since my letter said that the case will be send to the consulate list, they told that they sending to the embassy in my country, my question is, usics can send the case direct to the embassy without pass for NVC??? Have you heard about it??
