Yesterday, I check the recipe on my account at the USCIS status on the I-485, and it been change to saying As of April 12, 2016. we mailed your new card for recipe MSCXXX at this address you give us etc. what does it mean? What card is it??? I got my EAD last year in October 2015 already, plus I did not go to a interview. All this happen after they send me an RFE in FEB.to prove our marriage was bonafide. I send them as much info. on the RFE, and mailed back to them in MARCH. I do not want to get excited if it a green card approve without interview or is it something different? Any answer would be nice about this same topic?

Yeah but do they count as combine for two job or they only count one job only.are they will in to take my 2nd job as of right now or they wont.

I just started a 2nd job in February and still current now. I was wondering even if I can prove I still work there will they accept the income or must I have to be there for a whole year with that job and file tax on it. My current income is 44500 on first job, and 16300 on my second currently now. Title is over 60k will they count now or they only count what I made last year only?

I am the beneficiary and my spouse is the petitioner. Does he need to fill out a g325a or just me. About pay stub does he need to make copies of all that too.

My fiancee does not have a birth certificate. Only a book of her family is that okay? plus I only have copies of it only. Another is the biometric, she had a medical exam already overseas, do I need to get her another one here in the usa? I remember there was one brown package they told us not to open could that be it. I didn't open it so I don't know. Is proof of wedding picture necessary? is it okay if I get her ss card first then marriage afterward is that okay?,and do I need to fill out a i-864 form if I an doing is solo or just the g325a again? Sorry for the late reply. It has been almost been 3 week now and she got no call nor I still don't have any email from them or even a letter and the dead line is June 23 2015. I do want her to go and check it but it is a one day trip to Vientiane and don't want her to waste her time. I do want her to call and check, but she do not speak English at all. I called yesterday on her behalf and got no information. I don't know if the lady knows what she is talking about she just told me to go to the website. It does not explain anything on letting me know if they received or not. I know she has to get the medical paper from them to get filled out. Is there any other way to find out cause my status at the uscis just stopped since noa2. Anything be helpful right now. I was thinking about calling the NVC again the see if they got any information. Others are telling me to wait until they call her I lost and confuse.

Yeah I used that email and it replayed back to me. My own email, unless there another email. Anything would help now cause I am not getting any contact from them nor is my fiancee. Just need to know how long or what is the longest we have to wait.

Hey it been almost 2 week now you think I should call then to see if they have it. My fiancee have now heard nothing from them yet, nor I don't even have an email from them. Nvc sent me a letter on the 18th of march already. By the way do you know what there email is cause I sent one out to them and it was sent back to me only. I did check out there website. Yeah but do she fill out the ds-160 or me cause I'm confuse on that part. Meaning do I fill it out then let her sign it or do I have to sign it. she does have a po box which is the only way they can access to mail, and yes she lives in a village with address but no mailing. And do I have to send her the money to pay for it or she has to use her own money . So once she print it out do she just go to the embassy and set an interview or do she call for one which is best and easy for someone doesn't speak English that well. but for now which part I do need to tell her what to do go to the embassy and get packet 2 first then fill out ds-160 or just go ahead and fill it out then go get packet 3.

Anyone got information on how I can pay the ds-160 online and what my fiancee need to prepare next. I called the NVC and they told me they received and sent my form to her country us embassy on March 17. She doesn't even have an address. Is there anyway she can go and get the packet at the us embassy in her country. Or what I need to prepare her for?,and must I have to print the ds-160 with wet signature or just as long as she got a copy? anything helps.

I know this is a dumb question, but how do we know if NVC accepted our application. Do they sent us a case update at the uscis website or they just send us something in the mail. When do I know if I have to do the ds-160? just giving myself heads up and preparing for the next step as my time is limited. Thanks been 3 weeks and have not heard nothing yet that why I am asking. To oneness the 2nd is just in case cause I don't know if there gonna say something or not. I made 42300 last year aND with 3 kids I pay child support even though they don't live with me. I wanted to be on the safe side, and with just being short 200 hundred I am scare they might say something so with this 2nd job I am up between making 70k to 60k yearly. Hoping that is enough.

That is helpful the part I am stuck on is that I don't know the annual salary of my 2nd job. can I make a rough estimate, and I did ask the HR at the work place and she told me she is not allow to give me any of my information or sign anything. She just told me to get it from this website call the work number which give no information on annual salary but just a hourly pay and that I work there. Since it is part time I chose a mid hours paycheck and roughly add it up by weekly, then times to make it yearly. Is that okay?
