Go back to DHL office . Sometimes it takes a little time to get there. No one is going to call your phone if it get to DHL so the best thing to do it go back there and check it .

There are no conditions on the spouse visa of a DV other than first entry with or after the principal.

Sorry Sir, that is not nonsense . that's what to do to not bring suspicious. Why file as couples and now flying to diff states ? I have read stories and watched a lot of documentaries about POE suspicious of officer and such story is one of them. you can check up this on Netflix. 

You both should fly to new York and spend at least a month there then take a flight to NC. Else it will be possible for both visas to be cancelled at POF .

Hey, long time , how is the process going ? They gave him the visa yet ? Sorry I have not been in contact much or visit the sit frequently. I have turned to be a truck driver driving on this crazy highways in America lol .

The blue slip is an evidence of her being at the embassy for her interview . Nothing to worry about . She should just check in at the DHL office to check on it since the status still says issued .. 

Have he tried going to DHL office himself to inquire about it ? I was having the same problem when DHL kept telling me on phone they don't have my passport/visa .. I took a trip to DHL office and my passport was there . If it is not there then He should take the blue slip to the embassy section and they will let him enter the building with the slip to inquire it there too..

You need to show up your flight initials , your passport with your visa inside before you will be allowed to enter at ghana airport . I was asked for only those stuffs. Thou I had my yellow fever certificate and vaccination short record card given to me at Holiday trinity . My flight was klm transit to Amsterdam. I was not asked for any other thing at Amsterdam other than my passport with my visa inside and the packet giving to me at the embassy ..  I hand over the packet to the officer at Port of entery and I was not ask to show anything else . A very few interview was conducted at Port of entery thou..

Sounds like a set-up already especially the way it's asked. It'll be a waste of money and even if it is a geniune case, this 20-year old fellow will just use her to get of that country to come to the USA.

Why do you judge so easily that way ? Do you think everybody in Ghana just want to leave the country to come to America? The guy is not forcing her to get him to America so why do you say he will use her to get to this country ? Have you also thought of American getting Ghanaians into this country and damp them ?

True. You are right . But it does not matter about not having a child in your 40s. Like someone was saying.

She is dealing with a high fraud consulate, unlike the CO people here have limited info, all we have is what has been posted, so if there issues then naturally people look for the obvious in what has been said, in this case 2 visits.

Yeah, you are right. The two visits can get them denied . What about someone too being visited for 14 times but still got denied ? There must be a problem somewhere. I have a pastor friend in Minnesota. His wife visited for 1 time and they got married in that first visit . No engagement. But he got approved for not seeing each other for 3 good years after the marriage. Face time count but not in all cases..

Because in some cultures, when the female is in his 40s or older it will be difficult/impossible for her to have a child. This is why older woman/younger man relationships are more tricky in some countries, with regards to US immigration.

Culture doesn't matter about having a child in your 40s or not . In some culture ,it is not allowed for a younger man to marry older woman. When you go to the Northern part of ghana . That culture practice is there . 50 year old man can marry 18, 19, 20 years young girl . But 18, 19 ,20 years young guy can nother get married to 40 and above year old woman.

There is a 20 years Gab between my wife and I. But we got approved . Just prove that the relationship is real . My wife visited for 5 times . 1st time engagement. Second time, k1 interview . Denied. She visited again which is the 3rd time . 4th time married. Five time wedding anniversary..cr1 approved. provide enough genius documents and evidence and you will be approved. Try k1 visa if it doesn't work out try cr1 . 20 years and 48 years will be hard thou. It would have been much better if the man is 27 or 28. But Keep the faith and fight till you get it .

Why everybody is focusing and asking for how long she visited. Someone visited for 14 times and sent in tons of evidence but they still got denied.. They check the realistic of your evidence. How you edited your Facebook, whatsapp, viber , imo whatever instant messages.your facebook, whatsapp, viber etc must have your real names.. You can provide house documents without pictures of the house? They might not believe it. They do investigations. Your Facebook account also count . Once you provide fb messages . It included your Facebook username and that of your fiance, wife or husband. They'll use that usernames to look for you on Facebook to check on your profile . Have a real informations about you on facebook. Your Facebook name should be your real name on your documents. It also count . Do not hide information on facebook. On my K1 interview, CO asked me, how many Facebook account do I have? You know why? That's because I kept changing my Facebook username to nicknames. My answer to the CO was 1 but I keep changing my Facebook name. SHE said I found that had to believe. Dates on your evidence documents ? When did you get those documents signed. Is it when you started the process of your petition is when you started getting those documents for them to believe you? No they will not believe that . For example; You got your husband / wife or fiance on ur life insurance today and sent in with the petition in a week time. That means you did that because you want them to believe your relationship is real.they have softwares to detect every false documents. False documents willl lead you to automatically denied . Putting in different information on CR1 forms other than what you had on your k1 visa forms will lead you to automatically denied .

We're not saying if your spouse can not afford to do that, force him/her to do . Not that please .

i think our age gap is probably one of the biggest and he is from high fraud country also

you will need to do much more than normal applicaiton to prove the relationship

we went thru 3 (K1 and 2 CR 1 interviews)

Eventually after 6 years we finally got the visa

What i had to do was what most do for the AOS

i had to do quick claim deed adding his name to deed of house

i had to apply for ITIN when filing my tax returns and then add him to bank account

i added him to life insurance, will, 1 utility billl

So, in 2015 at last interview, he had been on tax returns since 2010

this will be a struggle for you and i wish you best of luck but remember

Do not take the frustration of immigration out on each other

Do not quit

Stay faithful to each other

And prepare yourself by good face time ( i made 5 visits of 2 of 1 month, 2 months, 2 three months), photos of not only you and spouse but with family in Ghana

lawyer is not much of a help (had 1 for 1st CR1 and he was worthless)

If denied, appeal is waste of time and money, just reapply

Great info . We did the same to get approved. I was putting up a building in ghana so I added my wife's name also her name was included in our rental room in ghana . She also added me to her 401 acc and life insurance. We had a commercial cab in ghana and our name was on the documents ..

Do you think they will let her inside the consulate without her photo ID which is her passport. ? She's a minor and have no other form of I'd but her passport of which they have held on to provide the visa. .

Help, I'm out of ideas, my daughter has gone for her final interview on September 15th,she was approved and given the slip to pick up her passport with visa in 2 weeks,however it's 2 months now! The status online keeps bouncing from Administrative processing to ready for interview, I totally don't understand why or what is going on,I've sent over 5 emails to the embassy and no response atall,I called dhl and it's like they givery me info from online status. I'm confused. Has anyone else had a similar situation too? If so what did you do to resolve this. Please any suggestions are appreciated. .

Have your daughter walk in at DHL office to ask .. The numbers on the approval slip is not a number that can reach DHL agent but the embassy assistance so they might not know whether your daughter's passport/visa is ready for pick up .

Come on guys, why can`t you give your wife/husband money if he/she is making much less? It would be fraud in my eyes if you would NOT sent money. During the times my wife was a student, I always supported her as well, total normal, total legit, and to the contrary, If you don't support it looks and most properly is fraud.

I know you are married and should share assests but i also know spouse can not send money from Ghana so this is one way

Ghana is a high fraud country and tough embassy

You will need to do as your letter tells you and try to overcome the denial with USCIS office here

but more than likely you will need to apply again

This is not easy and will take time so you need patience and a lot more evidence of bona fide marriage / so sorry but ours took over 6 years so i and many others do know what you go thru

Who said adding Money Transfer receipts is classify as being used for money ? and who also said spouse can not send money out of Ghana .. Spouse can send money out of Ghana by using bank wire transfer. Adding money transfer receipts shows financial support . In my case, My wife sent more than 15 money gram receipts indicating on it what was the money sent for and i also went to the interview with more than 15 money gram receipts. those my wife sent shows as sent and those i went to my interview shown as received.. So correct yourself in your statement please .
