Greencard arrived on Valentine's Day

Going to visit SS next week and get my name changed there. Then to the DMV to renew my license and then maybe i'll be done with paperwork for a while!

I would say 95% of my interview was going through the application package and making photocopies of my recent pay stubs and birth of my certificate which I have already submitted in the original one with the package.

I485 was approved. I had interview this morning and its a 20 mins interview. I also got update from USCIS a hour after interview saying the they order a new card.

I-765 and I-131 forms were approved today.

I think it really depends on where your local filed office is. Like mine is in Albany, NY and my friend's in NC. Both of our cases got moved pretty fast. Even during holiday season, we haven't been delayed or anything. Filed at the end of Nov, and got interview scheduled on Feb 10th and 12th.

Any updates over the weekend guys. Please post all progress. Getting anxious now.

Yes, got the interview notice three weeks from my biometrics appoitnment. My EAD & AP status haven't changed at all though... looks like I might get my greencard without ever getting those!

Thanks to both of you for responses!!! Yes, we did submit G-1145....that is why I was surprised we never got emails/texts. And I also tried to create an account on USCIS, but everytime I log in it says :"AN error has occured, please contact texh support"....really frustrating...that is why I am relying so much on these case status updates...But again - thank you, guys for your detailed answers! Did you try use different devices? I had the same error problem before when using the laptop at home. But it works no problem on my desktop at work or even on my smartphone. Maybe you can try this?

Congrats on getting your interview scheduled, Mikebella! I have one question: did you case status online tell about the interview date, or the letter came first? The reason why I am asking is because my case status says: READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW and IF YOU DON"T RECEIVE YOUR INTEVIEW NOTICE BY JAN 22 you have to request a copy. Was it the same in you r case? how long did you have to wait for an actual letter since your case status said READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW? (The reason why I am asking is because I never EVER got any texts or emails from them, so the only way for me to see what's going is going typing in my case number online)

First, did you file the G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance in the application package? Or did you turn on the email & mobile alerts on my USCIS?

Second, your case it not same as mine. I didn't have the step of READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW. I only have two steps so far (fingerprint fee was received and Interview Is Scheduled). I haven't got the letter yet and I think I will get it within 7 days based on the history. And what I learned from the other person who has the same case as yours since 12/17/2014, she is still waiting for moving to my step that I am having now.

here's what I did - I created an account on USCIS website when I got my A# for I-129f back in 2013 and now that I have case# for AOS, EAD and AP, I added them to my account there and clicked Y for both text and email updates and every time they update my case, I receive an email (no texts after the noa1 notifications).

Have you tried that?
