    Hi Everyone, 

    It's been a long time since I been here. But this site was pretty helpful. Just wanted to give you quick update on my case. 

    Married 2009

    Spouse had a kid with someone else in 2011

    Try to work out and was married until 2013 

    Divorced in 2013

    Filed I-751 waiver in 2014

    Denied by USCIS officer in 2015

    Was in deportation proceeding. 

    Filed another I-751 waiver in 2015

    Interview for I-751 waiver in  MAY 2017

    Told by USCIS officer that she is approving my case. 

     

    Its been a long journey but seems to be over now. Thanks to everyone who guided me to the right direction. Just waiting for approval letter. Can someone tell me how long approximately it would take for me to receive the Approval letter along with Green card.
