Interview today went great and we are approved! We are so excited to finally purchase the airfare for Karolina and her family to come to the U.S for the ceremony! All they asked was how we met and if she had been the the U.S before and bam done. Good luck to all those who still wait!

Hi Everyone,
We have our NOA1 dated 4/17/15 and hopefully will have the NOA2 soon. Seeing the speed in which they are approving we are gathering interview documents now. Everything is pretty straight forward the only question we have is what is the name of the police report they need. In Czech we think it is the výpis z trestního rejstříku form. Any of my Czech buddies here know if thats correct? Thanks!

Notify Them? Who is them?
If it USCIS they don't care if you got a new job or a pay raise...
Perfect. Thanks. And yes I meant USCIS. Thanks for clearing this up.

Thanks for the response. To clarify:
1.) Neither of us will be changing our addresses.
2.) My fiancée is the one going to the embassy and I was worried they would see the biographical data and deny her based on it not matching what I submitted originally.
3.) The financial data is fine. I was just hoping they don't penalize me on tenure of employment given I have been with my current company 8 years.
I assume they understand people will always work to better their positions and are used to seeing a few employment stats change from time to time.

Hey guys!
NOA1 recieved from CSC and so far so good. An opportunity for a new career has presented itself and it would be a significant pay raise with a far superior home/work life balance. I am worried that if I take this new opportunity I will need to notify them and it will slow things down and give them a place they could mess up my application. Has anyone had any experience in this area? Should I pass on this in the interest of getting this process completed in the fastest way possible? Thanks.

Yeah man I hear you on that! Just breathe deep, crack a beer, and take your time. The more you rush the greater the chance for errors. You got this dude.

I signed my normal signature like I always do on my passport, bank accounts, ect. and they haven't had an issue yet. I haven't read anything about it being a special way. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Filed April 14 confirmed received April 17. Sent to CSC. Thought for sure I would end up in Texas, I am pleasantly surprised.

Don't worry, as you can see from my timeline it takes a little bit for them to notify you.
It sounds like you have plenty of evidence, in fact possibly more than was needed or they may actually want/require.
For now try to relax a little bit. I suspect your application will be sent to California Service Center. You should expect for it to be processed fairly quickly (in as little as a month to a few months).
Good call. Sent to California. Can't wait to see what happens!

I may have gone a little overboard with the evidence yes haha.

Great! I feel better haha I just hope I gave them enough evidence! Tried to be as diverse as I was able to.

Thanks again. Just so I'm clear, the first is when they get it and the second is their decision on the matter?

about 5 days
Thanks! Can't wait.

Hello Everyone!
I have just sent in the 129F and all the supporting documentation to Lewisville, TX . I sent it overnight tuesday April 14 and it arrived 8:25 am the 15th. I attached the form for electronic notification of receipt and haven't got any notification yet. I know its to early to worry but on average what have you all experienced for wait times to be notified its there? Also on the topic of the packet itself I jam packed (at least I think so) it with proof of relationship. This is a list of what I included and maybe you can give me a hint if this will be sufficient.
I know a lot of this isn't hard evidence aside from the tickets and the like but will it maybe give some life to my application?
All required forms signed by us both
5 tickets from me visiting her country
4 tickets of her visiting me in the United States
15 Pictures of us together on trips and with each others friends and family
Phone records
Text records
Hotel receipts
Emails back and forth about nonsense and also our wedding
Emails between her and my mother picking out dresses and wedding colors
Google drive records of us planning the wedding budget
Friends wedding invites addressed to us both at my address
Bridal shower invitation from my aunt addressed to her at my address
Copies of mail she receives here at my address from her American bank account
Thank you all for looking and hopefully putting a serial worrier at ease.

Police report for Prague interview
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
So far I can only help with the police certificate as I'm wondering about the diploma myself. I had my police certificate translated and certified with a court appointed translator but that's Czech procedure so I'm not sure if that's what the embassy meant. Either way they didn't ask for it so I can't tell you if it was correct.
