    @longuscisprocess

I was in the same boat as you and got my biometrics done last Monday. I got the appointment for biometrics with code 5 sent to the old address, luckily since I had mail forwarding on the address it came to my new home.  I had submitted an AR-11 and received the notification of change to new address. I called and verified with USCIS that the new address was file. I even received the biometrics waiver on Feb-22nd at the new address. I am still puzzled why the fingerprint notice dated May-17th was sent to my old address.  Most of the uscis systems give conflicting information.

Sorry don't know if this was not of much help to you, since our timelines are very similar I thought you might want to know.

Got also code 5 on mine.

  2. From old site I can only get this information (See the attached picture). On 2/22/2019 we received a letter saying we're reusing your biometrics.. Can't get to new site, bc it says your account is blocked. Even before 2019 it was blocked. Should I be worried or just wait for the mails coming? Any of you guys have similar situation? The new site is a total disaster..

Sent I-751 to CSC on 4/28

    Package Received on 4/30

Haven't received any progress information yet..

    Could you please update..

    Thanks..

Called USCIS Today since my 30 days has filled since it the package has been sent. Talked to the USCIS representative, here is the details.

    After the security verification...

Me: I need help on getting some more information on Filing status. It's about I-751 submission.

Representative: How may I help you on that.

Me: We've sent our package on 4/28 and USPS tracking number shows it has been delivered on 4/30. Is there a way to get any information on the package..

Representative: May I get your Alien number?

    Me: XXXXXXXXXXX

Representative: Give me a 60 second to find that information.

    Me: OK

Representative: I can find old records but nothing related to I-751

Me: Since the package has been delivered on 4/30 is it possible to say at least the package is in some kind of process or queue?

Representative: In order to get further information I have to escalate your call to tier-2. Since they are not available you have to call Tomorrow to get a more information.

    Me: Understood.

    ...

So at this point there is no any information on my package even though it has been delivered on 4/30. My question is, if USCIS receives the package shouldn't be there any kind of package information showing that it has been received by them and in a process in the system?

    Thanks,

  4. Ok so I would start off by saying I would have never blog if I new he was in a gang I don't support that nothing wrong with what you do but me personally I wouldn't of married him I know him for 9 1/2 years he came over 10 years ago we have been together pretty much since he has been here not one time has he associate with gang members he was 17 when I met him he got the tattoo when he was 21 he saw it at a tattoo shop and he love it when they stated it was a gang related tattoo he wanted to cry to no that the only thing holding him back to see and be with his family was something that don't mean ###### be hide. And yes he did come over here the wrong way ok he made a mistake I get it but I also think they don't think they would have found a woman and made 4 beautiful kids over in the USA so ok sorry about that now he is trying to do it the right way and he is being judge by his tattoo that don't mean nothing to him I didn't want this to be a pity party on r behalf but like I stated before I would have never blog knowing he has been in criminal active...removing the tattoo he is willing to do that but at the end of the day they no what where it is and that isn't going to change on how they feel about him so I hope everything does work in are favor but I feel like we have no chance it hurts explaining to r kids why there father isn't here and has been a very active father in their life since birth them crying acting out hitting biting it's been a hard struggle not to mention I'm pretty much a single parent I'm struggling he was 80% of income now I'm going to not only loose the man I fell in love with but everything me and him work so hard for this is wrong but there is nothing I can do feeling really depressed sad and torn

Listen sister, I feel your pain. The only thing I'd suggest is to find an experienced lawyer who can defend him and appeal his case. Crying here will not resolve anything. Explain him/her everything here as you mentioned. Don't hold it back, tell him/her that you have four kids and you have innocent story, he is innocent. You cannot be erased like a waste. Because if you and your husband is clean and innocent the truth will prevail and you will get what you deserve. I really pray for you. Let the bygone be bygone! Guys instead of judging and being prejudiced, if you know someone who is experienced in this arena please let @shellylule know. If you have such little humanity left in you, please help her, please do help her..

  5. Either way you are doing this via IMB or just yourself it would be a matter of proving bonafide relationship in front of interview. If I were you I wouldn't even pay IMB and file everything myself. Since I see from your timeline, you are engaged. She came here many times and returned back to home. I'd say you are golden, file yourself keep $375 to yourself and do it yourself. No need to pay 3rd party and let them meddle with your own business. You could meet on some website that is not a big deal. It is how you know each other now and love each other. That is all matters! Your fiancé will have to prove on the interview date, how she knows you , what you have done together until now, how many times you have met. If no lies then you are golden and will get approved faster than speed of lighting. Cheers :)

  6. I would have him removed the tattoo and ask embassy for the chance of second interview. He could mention that he wasn't aware of that tattoo could be related to any group he did that when he was teenager just because it was fun among teenager and it was in trend. He could prove he is not affiliated by showing no criminal charges until now, and two close witnesses signature and notarized that they know he is not related to any criminal gang group. That is all I can think..

  7. The best CO-sponsor would be Mom or Dad who can co-sponsor. Could you ask your fiancee if she can do that. If so, please tell your fiancee that she needs to reach her Senator's office and ask to communicate with Consulate immediately to keep your documents in the Embassy on the ground that you could provide co-sponsor information there affidavit of support could be accomplished. Otherwise, your 129f will be leaving Embassy soon if you don't act. Time is money. Again before changing your minds to IR1-CR1 act and see if you could somehow save the precious effort for 129f.

  8. Con!grats! Go ahead and tell her the good News!! Once it is received by NVC and case and Invoice # is given it will be forwarded to the Embassy. In your case it will be sent to the Phillippines Embassy. You will need to follow the procedures for that specific embassy since each embassy has diffetent procedural requirements..

Here is the link to the Embassy Info.

    Best luck in the interview!!

  9. If he is doing this first time, and if you weren't hospitalized he could get away with Pre Trial Intervention(PTI). Since there is no hospitalization then it could be a misdemeanor and your husband can plea guilty of charges in front of Judge. Judge might grant PTI program if he believes the this is a misdemeanor and he could go to Anger Management classes. After finishing Anger Management classes he could expunge his CDV record via solicitor. Again if the case is misdemeanor and if it is not felony (meaning if he has done this twice he cannot get away with) you have a chance. You really need to talk to a professional Lawyer who has experience with Immigration and Domestic Violence..Just my two cents..

The best revenge is to forgive someone and let the Karma do the job. Hopefully you will find the peace one day..

  10. What I see afterall, COs at the embassy in some counties having good cup of cappuccino/coffee/tea then spend some time on nonsense. Then without approaching case humanly and with knowledge they do prejudiced decrees based on color and race. I call this racial bias. You can see that from their talking manner. Welcome to good old world!!! In my humble opinion Obama should do something about it..
