Hello friends , how longer can we wait for administrative processing here in bangkok, whats the waiting pattern of the cases with longer a.p before approval, those who have gone through the same waiting please share your experince.

What can i do?

Its now 90 days past while in administrative processing,,,,crying......in the past two weeks ,i recieved a message from the embassy, saying that "we are finishing our administrative review we will be in touch shortly, its now almost 3 weeks "nothing", but last week the case updated everyday, so confused that its still in administrative processing , i miss my fiance.....what can i do?

This will complicate your process further, have you got the visa already? If then ,its better to marry in states.

Let the hospital invite you on her behalf to go take of her in the hospital , thats no is there for her. I think might help you see you wife again

Keep monitoring your case number , if really they have decided to send it back to nvc it , will show , but if it continues in a.p , means they are still looking into it deeply. Of which they might ask for more documents.

Mine has been under ap since 8th may, but they have never said anything like denied, so to hear that word brother.

Thanks for your reply in first place we thought we had all needed, but later they requested which we gave in. And we didnt do with any attorney.

Hi, everybody, long storyshort, i did my first interview on 24th march 2015 ,for a k1 visa, i got approved only after 36days with uscis, then at the embassy stage, my case went into AP, month of april, due to the 221g request, they asked for 3 documents, police letter, proof of relationship for the entire period ,petitioniers current income and her job, after two weeks , we sent all these back to the embassy, then they sent another email, that the review was done now" send the death certificate for the previous spouse ex husband" , after two weeks we got it and the ministry sent it direct to the embassy, later, they called me and said that they got the death certificate so , they wanted me to go for a second interview, which i did, this interview took almost 1 hrs, because i stayed with my petitioner close to 4months in the same apartments ,mostly the interview was focused on our daily life and last some few questions abt my petitioners ex spouse, then they said , they will contact me later after their final review, its now 60days past, since the second interview, my case had multiple updates until 25th june where it got stuck. My petitioner and I sent inquiries they reply the same answer that case is still in AP, FYI, i'm from eastafrica, my petitioner is 5 years older than me, i'm currently living in bangkok on a residence visa, my petitioner got her congressman but nothing changed.......really what can we do?.

I suggest you use japaneese papers , cos japaneese have a shorter AP.

Hey guys , i did my interviews in bangkok on 24th march and the CO said to me that we are done after a couple of questions, i was sent to window 2 to collect my docs, there i was given a 221g letter , which requested for further evidence, i sent back the documents after two weeks, but i didnt send the 221g letter back with the package , will that bring more complications, please advice
