Hi!! No. they don't allow the fiance/applicant to attend the interview. The interview is just for the beneficiary.

Some consulates do reccomend it, I don't know about this particular one. Check with the consulate.

It looks like according to the reviews on VJ see the link that the Petitioner is not allowed in. Read the review posted on March 25, 2014. But, to be 100% you should call or phone the Embassy.
