Do I have to pay for the biometrics twice? For AOS and for EAD?

I came in USA on 4th May with a K-1 visa and I got married this saturday.

Everybody on this site helped me so much and it seems I need help again.

I am ready to file my AOS and EAD but I have some questions:

1) on the form I-485 you should fill in "I-94 #"...... and I dont know which number is this, where I can find it?

2) all the papers should be sent to the Chicago Lockbox? I live in Pennsylvania so Vermont is the Center.

3) what supporting documents you need to file with the I-864 Affidavit of Support? Same documents as the last I-134 Affidavit of Support?

4) can I get my EAD faster if I use E-Filing?

I've just got back from the embassy in Bucharest with the Visa in hand.

So I'm on my way to USA.

I am not from Russia I'm from Romania..... and yes I received the package 3 and they didnt mention anything about any translation of my birth or police certificates.

I have a problem related to the documents I need for the interview.

I am the fiancee and I wonder if I need my birth certificate and my police certificate translated into english

The embassy just call me to say that the package 3 will be send today so......... in 2 weeks maximum I'll have my interview.

Please...... I need a straight answer maybe from someone who had a situation like that or heared about that.

Does it matter that my fiance has his father partially dependent upon him?

We are still waiting for the NOA2...... so in the mean time I wonder if I'm going to the interview and they find that my fiance income is not enough (even it is just a little more than the poverty limit) can we get on that point a co-sponsor? Will it be a big delay in the proces?
