We have multiple issues they thought why I get divorce from my home country which was clumsy issue since I was married there and it’s not wrong to get divorce from your home country then why I get the divorce from court and union council write it some thing else there was lot of issue but they all were wrong issue so when my Attroney answer everything satisfactory and tell them why this all is ok to do it and I wrote a big latter to them too explain that why I can’t go to visit my husband for 4 years and I get dr latter my employer latter that I take care of there mother and her mother only know me and eat and bath with me only she don’t know anyone else and then her dr wrote it for me that why I didn’t left her patient so it’s works out for us I don’t know why your issues are

I went throw the same situation then I have to get the Attrony and he thinks it’s batter to appeal which we did i290b which took 16 months to get approved then they open i130 again and start working on I use to call every day to Uscis and every month sand inquire then it’s took 24 months to get approved I 130 again but it’s worth of wait since my husband already here he went for interview again and with out any problem in 15 min he got his visa so my Attroney was right to file motion so what ever issue was it can solve on motion refilling will be no good since the issue which they revoked the case first place they be still there my husband already here for 4 months already have his 10 years greencard social security card driving license and every thing went very smooth if you need that Attroney name and no I can give you that 4 years ago he charge me 8000 but now I don’t know how much he charge

I’m not saying your case will be unsuccessful, but it seems odd he’s saying that refilling is not worth because the same issues will be there, but appealing does make sense. Are the issues going away with an appeal? And he’s charging $8000? A lot of times attorneys give you false hopes and they charge you an awful lot of money.
 

I’m sorry, I just don’t see how an appeal would make the issues go away, especially if USCIS did not make the wrong call. 

It did work when you over come the issue my case it’s works since my husband already got his visa and he is here 4 month ago got his social and 10 years greencard

Yes you sould not give up I fight for it 7 years my Attroney name Allen c ladd he is the best Attrony for those type of cases he even talk to Attrony in Pakistan about the law there you can search up for him by his name he is in South Carolina after revocation of my husband I 130 he is the one told me that your husband will be here he told me to do the apeal to reopen and reconsider because if I file new I 130 those issues will be there so it’s batter to resolve those issues and response to those because new filing these thing still come up they are not going no where so I think apeal works best for it but if you like I can give you his no and you can talk to him about it don’t massup your case with some greedy Attrony those one is very sincere to his work 

I have the same situation I file i290b my Attroney was great but he charge 8000$ but my husband got his visa and now with me here 

But remember embassy were close because of covid and which embassy your case suppose to go because some embassy are still close

Documents will need to be updated.   That part is on you.  Then it has to be sent to the consulate, which, of course, is very backed up.   Hopefully you can interview next year.   It will probably be at least 6 to 12 months.

My case just got reaffirmed on September and sand to Nvc on September 23/2020 does any one know how long it will take to sand case to the embassy and remember it a reaffirmed case so I allready have a case no and all

I file it January 2014  my interview was on February 2015 they kept me on administrative process for 2 years then I file the lawsuit and then they sand my case back to nvc on September 2016 then we file appeal motion to reopen which took 16 months to approve and reopen my i130 then they reviewed my i130 for another 22 month and September 18 they sand me the notice that we reaffirmed your case. And sand back to department of state 

My I 130 just got reaffirmed on September 18 2020 how long it will be at nvc and is Nvc going to give me a new number ? Or they just sand back to Islamabad embassy  

After i290 b approved Uscis reopen my i130 past 13 month and no update on my I 130 

I was trying to ask everyone that after i290b was approved and my I 130 reopen is that mean I 130 was approved automatically or do I have to see that if it’s approved or denied but no one answer my question then I talk today to Uscis tier 2 officer he told me that once your I 290 b approved it’s automatically approved I 130 it’s just the matter of time because before your file there is couple more in front of you since they work in which order they received 

I need some help my case was denied then we appeal just called Uscis they told me my case was approved and I should get the latter in 60 days can you please tell me that your I 130 was approved same time when they approved i290 b or that’s two different things

I am in a same boat after long 16 month I called Uscis on November 21 they told me that my appeal is ordered to print out approved notice and today I received a latter which showing my old I 130 receipt no and priority date is same as old one and it’s sayijg your i130 reopen I don’t know what this all mean 

My husband i130 was denay and we been told to file i290 b appeal to motion to reopen and our attorney file and July 07 2017 till today we still waiting that if they approve i290b or we have to re do everything 

We appeal our i130 Uscis recive our apeal on July the 7th 2017 and now on January 16 2018 they update my name when I called they said that your case is with officer and they been reviewing your case and any day you can hear there answer what ever they decide but it’s almost a month I didn’t hear any thing back is anyone recently going through this

Go to uscis.gov check status and put your receipt no in it wil show there how long ago your wife apply for you 

No you receive a latter in a month or two but when you sand back what ever they ask more evidence the review take up to 6 month the max but you should know from embaccy in Pakistan that why they are sanding back to uscis and you can cheack online too

I got update on April 11 Becuse of the email I. Sand tham thay reply a standard reply on April 11

14 month in Ap,but I am sure Allah will do best for us on right time.
