  1. I have a question about how long does one need to know each other before filing a K1 Visa. I have already filed my I-29F back in july and got my NOA1 on July 23, 14. Me and my fiancee know each other for only 4 months before we decided to get engage. Is that enough time to together to be approve? I went to visit her in her homeland and spend a little over a month with her. We took lots of pictures and went out to so many places. Before i went to see her i figure that when i get back that i will start my I-29F immediately so that we can be together since its gonna take at least a year or so if everything go as planned. I am nervous as i looked through some of the profile of people here and most of them have been with each other for 2-3 years before filing because my relationship hasnt been long. Now its been a little over a year now and i relationship is as strong as the day i met her.

  2. Hello,

i just have a question about the processing time frame june 6, 2014 for I-29 form. I am not exactly know what this mean. Can someone explain it to me what they are saying about the I-29 K1 visa processing time? My first and only notice came on July 23rd stating that they have received my documents and is processing and nothing since then. Please help!!

  3. i went back to USCIS website today and check my status and finally there was a message, but the same message like before " we have received your forms and it is being process". So basically it was an upgrade from a month ago when they had nothing on the website. But not happy because its the same message that i received in my letter from USCIS that I received on July 21, 2014. .The letter is being process at Texas center, i am getting impatient. Anyone experience the long wait like i am right now?? Also another question, Is meeting your fiancee one time enough to get approve? Or should i see her one for time? Plane ticket arent exactly cheap, But i am still planning to get see her again in May, hopefully the forms will be approve by then. Urg I am stressing out here over this.

  4. Hi,

On July 23, 2014 I got a letter from USCIS stating that they have received my I-129F, petition for Alien Fiancee and it is now December 5th and i have yet to hear any updates on the case. I have checked the website and entered my receipt numbers and they said...

    Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
    • At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

What does this exactly mean? Before USCIS update their site, it says my case is in review and now it says this. I am confused and stress out right now. I have tried calling them but i cannot get with a live person to talk to, only automation.

Please can someone tell me what i should do if any or do i have to wait a bit longer. Any responses is deeply appreciated.

    Thanks
