    Long story short, Me and a lady had a one night affaire back in the days and never met again before I came to the USA. I found her later she had a son, and she said he is my son .I have started helping her care for the child but never believe he is mine. To clear all the doubt, I went ahead and did a DNA test this year to prove it. And the boy is mine. Didn't really like how, where he is living..etc... I want to bring him to the US to school here. He is 11 now, means I became a citizen after his birth. Do I have to file for "Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen" or I-130 for green card, then citizenship once he get here? Which is best in this case.
