  1. @Pheebs1201

    Thanks, I'll do it first thing on Monday

    @Penguin_ie

    Oh sorry I should've clarified this earlier, I was in Saudi Arabia with her during my high school, and the all years of high school we've seen each other and spent countless hours hanging out phone conversations and texting , it was during my college freshmen year I moved to the Unites States, I was there(Saudi Arabia) to begin with because of my dad's job. We've been in long distance since 2010 but the years preceding that we were literally together I one city. Hopefully you aren't confused, sorry for not making it clear earlier :)

    so you wouldn't think it would be a big deal as long as we don't have a criminal or suapicious history so would it be okay if I send in my application today?

    @Penguin_ie

    I was there with her this past August '14 which is a couple months ago and she tried a visitor and a tourist visa which unfortunately got declined.

    So I haven't turned in my app yet you guys think I should send it, as long as all the right info is on there ?

  3. Hello Everyone,

    My name is tallman_ahmd I am a first time K1 visa applicant, my girl and I have been together for almost 8 years now, and its about time I want her to be with me here regardless. My other efforts have not been successful in the past so I reached to the conclusion of applying for a K1 visa. So, the detail you all may need to know is that

    A. I am US citizen

    B. My girl is an Indian living in Saudi Arabia, and she will apply from there. She works there and has her entire family back there. She has no one here but me.

    C. We have all sorts of evidence proving that our relationship is legitimate not some scam

    D. I am a student working full-time as a manager her, so as she over there. .

    Basically this thread is about me inquiring about the procedure of how and what to do and what can I do to make sure that we get approved and not denied and how can we prepare ourselves for basically anything possible, and how long does this whole thing usually take and how much would it cost us until we finally have a visa in our hands, I have read else where that hiring a lawyer always help but I don't have that kind of money so I am betting my money on myself and my luck and god and hoping that everything turns out great.

    Hoping for some helpful responses

    Thank You

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
