Not sure how it is at the moment, but a few months ago we were in LA and museums, some hotels and restaurants required proof of vaccination to enter. 
Maybe that was also required by the USCIS field office and that's what this friend of a friend was talking about. 

Hi guys, I sent my I-485 along with I-130 at the beginning of January, I received the confirmation mails regarding all form I sent soon after that. I obtained my work permit I believe In march but after almost 6 months they still have to call me for the interview and i m wondering if I actually wrote and did everything in the proper way. would 6 months a reasonable time not to be called yet? another thing I m afraid of, they send me a mail regarding a missing marriage certificate regarding the I-485, I remember after a couple of days I immediately sent in the way was instructed, now I have never gotten a confirm they received that missing certificate. Is there a way i can check everything is ok with it? if I check on line it says that I m scheduled for an interview and soon I will get a mail with all the instructions, but it has been like that since February probably.
what do you guys think?
