_{My wife's CEAC status updated date changed to May 12, 2015 but still showing "READY"! The last update was in April 7, 2015. Is this a good sign or normal? A friend of mine who is in AP as well, told me few days ago that your wife's status will change soon because the VB will move pass her case creation date which is Aug 30, 2013. Current VB shows Sep 01, 2013. Does the VB priority date has any thing to do with Case Creation Date?}

Unfortunately, It has been in "READY" since the Embassy received our marriage cert on 1/13/2015. Any one stuck in AP over 120 days or faced the same situation?

My wife had her interview on 1/11/2015. She was asked to stamp our marriage Certificate from the department of state back home and send it back. Cert was provided to embassy via ARAMEX on 1/13/2015. She was put in Administrative Processing since then. However, Here CEAC status shows "READY" as of now. I'm loosing my mind over this process and can't take it any more. 120 days of waiting and no reply or response from the US embassy to my emails. WHAT IS GOING ONNNNN???

Ok Folks - My wife had her interview over two months ago at the US embassy in Cairo and was placed on AP. I know this issue was discussed many times on different threads, but curies if any Sudanese applicant currently in AP and going through the same situation?

yeeeeeeeeessssss..it January 11, 2015....wooooooo hooooooooooo.....Ok guy....CALL NVC NOWWWW!! they scheduled the interview date yesterday

I'm ready to Call NVC in 17 minutes....wish me luck!!

Many IR applicants started to receive Interview schedules...at a different thread..Which is normal to there status.

I'm tired of receiving the same answers from NVC reps..."You will receive an interview date when your PD becomes current and a visa number is available".

Bottom of the line, when you guys think next visa bulletin will be out? Any chance for next Monday?

After almost 40 minutes on hold with NVC.....Call Failed. SERIOUSLY???

All - I found the following link in one of the visajourney forums. It's very beneficial and can allow you to understand the current status of your case.

After you enter your case#, a window will pop-up and will indicate the current location of your case. If it shows "AT NVC" it means your case has not been sent yet to your designated embassy. If it shows "In Transient" that means it's on it's way to the embassy.

Good point Phillip...Let give it some time.

Seems like we are getting the same answers from NVC until next VB is out around December 10th or slightly before. Just to be realistic on this issue, even if our PDs became current on next VB, they might say visa number is available but interview date has not been selected yet.

Will call again next Friday....what the heck! won't lose anything!!

Jellyganda....as a matter of fact you need to call. More calls means more info for us...every NVC operator will release a piece of info that might help us all in understanding the situation.

Guys...please do not backup....this is not the right time to do this.

We need to start calling and asking new questions to get ...new answers....

OK folks. Just called NVC and they said no IL been setup yet. However, they told me that i'm very close and should get a Visa Number when the Visa Bulletin becomes current. So, I asked the lady if I can get the IL date after December 10th which after the Visa Bulletin issued? And she said yes.

I do not understand how come the IL is not ready yet, and we are only 9 days only from the new visa bulletin??????

Over all, slightly disappointed but...let's see if any body else got something...
