"Tammy"
Got a few laughs from it, even though it got such low ratings on IMDB.

I've started reading this book called The Body Finder.

No way, I love him too much!!!!!

You will need it for both the k1 and the adjustment of status. I would ask the uncle if he would sponsor for both the k1 and adjustment of status during the trip.

Congratulations and today I've just seen you had sent us a message to our inbox. Sorry we hadn't seen it. My fiancé has his interview tomorrow around 8 am.

I have my tax transcript from the iRS website, but not the w-2, not sure where it went. I will ask my co sponsor to pull her tax transcript from the site as well. Will this be okay?
-
Do we need them even if we have an employment letter, pay stubs and a recent 2013 tax return? Mine and my co sponsor's w2s and 2014 tax returns might not come before we have to send all the documents to my fiance.
-
Our co-sponsor isn't comfortable with her bank information being sent out: her bank account number, code word, etc. Could this be white out or blacked out as long as the information shows: account date was open, yearly deposits, current deposit?

Hmmm, that one looks to me like the short form of a birth certificate here in Colombia. To make sure you guys have the right one, you need to ask for a "registro civil con parentesco". That´s the one that will have all the pertinent information including the names and cédulas of the parents.

No, just look at it.

Thanks, these answers are comforting. Also got similar responses on the Facebook group.

I love my fiancé because he's really handsome, he's tender, he's a provider, funny, intelligent, more outgoing than I am, passionate, gentle, because he is himself! He allows me to pamper him and he loves me back. Te amo, Jesús

I never thought I would bring over someone foreign and I wasn't even looking for anyone to date at the time. It just happened! And he's a really sweet and smart guy, but I did dream of being with a Hispanic at one time and now I got one! Te amo, Jesús
He's totally worth it even though tons of money and time are invested into this process, I want my sweetheart :'( he's a rare gem, I love him tons. His English is superb and communicating with him is fantastic. He gets my jokes and he's funny too.

We were at the beach writing in the sand, and I saw he started to write my name: Shanae and then Ma... I thought he was writing my middle name Marie but then it turned into "Marry Me"
it was really cool because I wasn't expecting it! I thought he was just going to write my full name

I don't wear the ring while at home because I do a lot of cleaning and I don't want it to get ruined. I only wear it when I'm going out to show the world I'm engaged. My fiancé does the same, doesn't wear it at home, just when he goes out.

I was hosting an English class online on Google+ and he happened to show up in the middle of it. His English was really impressive, a bit intimidating because I thought he would steal my thunder as I was teaching. After class he invited me to a private video call and then we just started talking until it became an everyday thing

Yes it is. If your mother's current income is sufficient, it will be accepted. I have been through the consulate in Colombia before (previous K-1), and had no issue.
Ok, thank you. So, I should send in her 1040 from last year even if it shows insufficient income?
-
Is this 100% certain? I'm bumping the topic to see if others were approved under similar circumstances.

My mother would like to be the co sponsor for the affidavit of support, but she didn't make enough last year due to the fact she was unemployed for six months last year. This year she has a permanent position and makes enough to be the co sponsor, claiming only two dependents, plus my fiance. Will they accept this or is it too risky to have her as a co sponsor? Are there any stories out there with a similar situation: co sponsor didn't make enough last year but made enough the following year and still got the visa?
Thanks!
-
She didn't make enough last year, she was in employed for six months and had a different job. This year she has a new job but not for over a year and she does make enough, but we don't want to risk it by making her a co sponsor for the fiancé visa. She will be suitable for the second AOS because she will have worked for a longer period of time and will have filed for 2014 taxes.
We are in the process of scheduling an interview for the last week of February, I'm sure one of our potential sponsors will feel at ease after knowing that the IRS won't come after them if they co sponsor.
-
I thought we only need to show taxes from last year, not three filings?
-
I have two possible sponsors but they are both concerned about the IRS coming after them. Will this happen? What has happened to you since you've become a sponsor?
I'm an American and my fiancé is foreign. I can't sponsor him neither can my mother but she will be able to for the resident visa.
Please tell me your experiences as sponsors for the k1 visa

Chaito!

I like long narrow gowns, not the poofy ones.
