ok, here is my update:
USCIS recieved our response on RFE on march 22, 2019
- they wanted information that me and my husband have resided together and share responsibility for a common residence (we added this papers in our main case, probably they missed and we sent it again );
- we added more bank statements information, joint phone account information, several joint utility bills (that they already have in the main case, so we just sent it again adding some last bills);
- they asked evidence that me and my husband have made some financial arrangements with each other, like a will or a trust ( okay we made it and sent it);
- we added some more pics of our life together and  even more affidavits from our common friends.
 
And at last, this morning we have got a notification saying New card being produced, thank you God!
Didnt apply for citizenship yet.

Just got my biometrics appointment in the mail today dated 1/10/2018, two weeks since NOA was delivered!
Hope everyone will get it soon too!

The scan date they usually assign when they receive your packet of AOS and IV. If you sent them a hard copy packet, your scan date is the day they received it or few days after. This is when we start counting our days at NVC.

I filled DS-260 may/4/2015 today is may/5/2015 31 days gone but nvc still didn't complete our case but as nvc told they would take only 30 days to review ds-260 as well as civil documents but 31 days gone why they didnt our case so far please help me?
