  1. Have been having this issue for like 9days since i got my hardcopy i can,t access my online case saying ...Validation Error(s)

    You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

    Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283....

Anyone should pls kindly help me out with this..I receive my NoA1 November 4th 2014 saying my case has been routed to Nebraska and I got the hardcopy of it 7th November but since then I can't check mycase online ..it been saying case not found or check ur receipt number ...and it was the same receipt number sent to me on my email and same on the hardcopy .. anyone has any idea of this? ??
