  1. We aslo had the 'correction' problem, but my wife eventually got her visa last Friday.

Our story is little different, cuz the correction they asked for doesn't exist in any of the documents I submitted. But NVC also asked the documents be brought by my wife to the interview instead of sending it to NVC back then.

    1. AVOID I-864EZ if you filed that before, and complete a new I-864 for the consul.

    2. Provide year-to-date payroll or assets if they nag about your income.

Wow congrats to u both. I'll take ur advises and i would call them to know what's the matter with the checklist that I have received.

    Dear Sir/Madam, t0126.gif

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. kurby2.gif

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

    Sincerely,

    Director

Hi solenta.. I got the same email today from nvc but the question is this mean that the checklist I had receive was a false one ??

  3. Hello to every one.. I'm really confused about the checklist that I received yesterday. I will tell u guys my whole story and I hope someone can help me. I'm IR-2 category of visa. I got a checklist on October 1 regarding to the affidavit of support form so our attorney has corrected it and resent to the nvc on October 21 and the nvc received it on October 27 so my official scan date is October 27. On December 18 which is yesterday I got an email from nvc telling me they finished reviewing my document that i submitted to them and they found another mistakes in the form but the surprise is that checklist is the same I had before so that is so confusing. guys by the way the nvc asked me to bring the corrected one to the interview so they won't me to resend it again to them so plz if someone could help me with a confusing checklist I'll be appreciated .
