Hvala. To baš i nemam ako me izbrišu...
-

The official instructions for my country state I should bring my P4 letter to the medical because the panel physician might want to take a look, however when I called the doctor and asked he said he has no use for it so he doesn't care if I have it or not. At the medical he indeed didn't even bring it up.I was of the understanding a person can schedule their medical appointment without proof of an interview, but that they must bring their interview letter to the appointment, and if they don't. they are turned away.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Go figure.
-
You need to take what is listed in your P4 letter.I am confused and i need help about which financial documents I need to take for my interview?
Anyone?
Dwheels?
You might want to call your embassy to confirm though. I did and they told me to bring fresh couple photos which wasn't mentioned in the P4 letter. Good thing they did because the CO did ask for them.

I call NVC only once per week on Friday's to ask if we have an appointment and the last NVC representative I spoke to told me to quit calling and wait for the email!
Wow, that was quite rude and inappopriate. Calling makes sense because emails often arrive late, but even if that wasn't the case, I feel reps have no business telling people to stop calling. Guess the rep was just having a bad day, but that's still unprofessional.
-
No.So I have my interview on November 5th but when I checked ceac status today it say at NVC, still. Should I be worried?
-
Yes, it's called embassy reviews.Sorry, may I ask here? Do we have a topic, dedicated to spousal interview reports solely? I would love to get to know the details and the results.

Hi, I just got my IR-1/CR-1 visa and am about to pay the production fee through ELIS. So I have a question now. Exactly how does the immigration and green card production process go? At the embassy I was told I enter the US using my single-entry immigrant visa and while there I'll need to start the green card production process. However I heard of many people who had their green card ready and waiting before they even go to the US. So now I'm confused...
-
Hey, does anyone know if the green card production fee can be paid using an international credit card? Or does it have to be a US-based one?
The instructions they gave me just say I can use a credit card but don't say if there are any limitations on that. However some say it has to be US-based, so now I don't know...

Pretty much never hurts to call NVC.Hi guys, newbie to this thread so plz need your help
As you can see my PD 03 Dec 2013 and my case was completed the 18 Sep 2015 but I still didn't get an interview yet... should I call NVC or should I wait more? Thank you so much
-
Of course, but the point is, they could have saved some time and effort (and money probably) by waiting for NVC and then shipping whatever else they ask for along with the 2014 tax returns.they would have lol 2014 taxes are a must .

A little off-topic...
So I submitted the embassy review but it didn't format quite as I thought it would and now it looks all messed up. Anyone know how to edit it?

And staying! No more coming and leaving!I'm so happy he will finally be coming home soon!
Yeah the interview was fairly straightforward. They did ask quite a lot of questions but most of them pretty standard. No trick questions or anything, lol. The lady wad very nice. In the end she didn't really tell me if I'm approved or not, instead she just gave me some paperwork and told me I should read it because it contains useful information for when I move to the US. Lol!
Got my visa today too, along with the sealed, huge and really awkwardly shaped immigration package.
I plan to write a more extensive review as soon as I get some time.
Thank you VJ, you made this journey a lot less painful than it could have been. And a special thank you to the resident patrons, you know who you are.
-
LOL, my package already showed Ready since a week ago, and now I just got an email from NVC telling me they sent the package out.
So much about NVC "sending emails as soon as possible" as certain reps seem to claim.

Please people advice . the attached file info is what i got on my interview letter . as far as i can tell here , NVC did not mention anything about the new form i864. according to this letter i dont need anything but the original copy of the below docs
Passport
MOROCCO FICHE ANTHROPOMETRIQUE
MOROCCO CASIER JUDICIARCapture.PNG

As far as I've noticed, the P4 letter won't ever mention the new I-864, but they could easily ask you to present it *at* the interview. To my understanding, what makes the new form a requirement (or not) is your interview date in relation to 10/6/15, as per this statement:
Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.
In any case, it is always a good idea to bring the updated I-864 with you to the interview, if at all possible.
-
Mine asked for 5, even though the instructions say to bring only 3. Go figure. The doc here asked for 4 pictures not 2, so if you have extra, bring them just in case.

Hey can someone send me the current codes. What I have in the first post is circa 2012 and its old and doesn't even list F.

But I told him that those stays were exchange programs from my university. Whatever they want to find out from my resume they just could have asked, it's the same! Just in the resume I put my words on the paper, but so do they at the interview.
They probably want something they can easily put in their archives, if they need to refer to it later.
Does anyone know how long it take to review all that again with a new requested document? A lady on the phone said 30 days... But I just can't believe that such a simple thing would cause such a long delay...
From what I've learned, most of the time is spent just simply waiting your turn. The review itself probably takes no more than 30 minutes.
-
The "READY" status means that the Embassy/Consulate has received your packet from DHL and has physically scanned it into their system. So I think you're ready to ace that interview!
Cool, I'm slightly less worried now.
How come it never showed up in DHL tracking though?
-
Svakako treba rodni list.
-
So my case went to Ready just now. It went to In Transit on Sep 18. So 3-4 days, not too bad. So yay! Looks like all I have to do now is nail that interview.
Here's the funny thing though. This whole time DHL never showed anything relevant at all. Today I tried many different combinations of date range from, date range to, and the reference code - nothing. Only a couple of combinations ever produced any result at all, and none of it was relevant to Croatia. How come? Is it really ready or should I keep on worrying?

Žena i ja smo u identičnoj situaciji.
