Ours got roll over for another 42 days. Seldom we can get a Rep that will pass you along to a Supervisor. We have tried couple of times but no luck. I experience the Rep just mute the phone for a second, and said no Supervisor.

Yes you need the bar coded sheet before sending it off and don't forget to put your Case number on upper right corner on each of the pages.

My son's case is under Supervisor Review since Sept 25th. We haven't heard anything yet. Original scan date August 6. I wish we didn't approve Supervisor Review that the Rep offered. Normal queue is moving faster.

I never rec'd any email as well and I think my scan date is Jan 29th. I sent my package out on Friday 23rd January but was received according to Postal service tracking on Jan 26th. I called NVC many time and they told me it was recorded in their system on Jan 29th and not to worry. I sent an email through NVC website about it and still got no response to date. I am really hoping all goes well. I really don't want any sad stories after 60 days.

Guys... I feel your pain too. I can feel how you feel being away with your love once and the stress on waiting in vain. It's not true guys the auto expedite. We also do wait like you. The expedite was just when the Typhoon Haiyan Happened in November 2013 when thousands of people died. In fact our family visas also run from 20 up years.

Please don't blame it to Filipinos. Let's understand the NVC. Prayer works. And MIRACLE happen when we expect it.

Our case was received by the NVC on 11/12, we're still waiting on our case number as well. Insha'Allah, this week for both of us.

Hi! I called NVC tonight. Rep said to wait 42 days for Case Number?

Case was sent to NVC Nov.6 and NVC received it Nov. 20.

Just wanna follow you guys... Please update if you got a case number. Thank you.
