I have not yet gotten a case complete i have called 4 times since 8/7 and have been told to just wait. My scan date 7/17 and i completed DS-260 on 7/31

Just checked the website and saw three N/As!! Will call NVC to confirm.

Hey guys just to make sure ... the case number has 3 letters than 10 numbers but the Invoice ID Number is just 8 digits correct?

I called up NVC to ask them if documents are reviewed in 30 days and the DS-260 in another 30 days.... And the woman i spoke with told me my documents have already been reviewed (scan date: 7/17) and that everything is good to go the only thing they need to complete my case is to review the DS-260. She told me that due to the website issues, (April - July) when most people were unable to access ds-261/260 or pay aos/iv fees, they are supposedly backed up and it can take up to 30 days to review the DS-260 from the day you submit it.

Hopefully they work fast and can get my ds-260 reviewed sooner than that

NVC received my AOS and IV packages on 7/17 an I submitted the DS-260 form on 7/31 .... When exactly should i start counting the 30 days?

It's been 18 days for me too, no sign of case # assigned yet, and I'm getting impatient with NVC. Hubby called them last Friday n no good news.

Dont worry about it too much like they said it can take UP TO 4 weeks for a case number. I know its hard to be patient with these things but please dont stress you will all get a case number assigned soon

A case number was assigned on July 23 and I submitted DS261 on July 30 but still I cant sign in to the payment portal to pay AOS fee.....is there anything I should do other than waiting....???

Meanwhile, You can start collecting the documents you will need to send in AOS and IV packages if you have not started so already

I was told the same thing .... 7 days for IV fee to show up as PAID.

Paid IV fee on 7/26

Bank cleared payment on 7/28

Until today IV still shows in process ..... Should i call up NVC or give it a few more days to change to paid?

Normally it takes 2-3 days. But as for now website is facing technical issue so a lot of us are not able to pay it online. Heard nvc is working on this issue. Probably it should be resolved by next week.

I received iv invoice on 7/23 .... Hopefully the website is fixed soon as i would rather pay it online that by mail.

I just received a checklist stating that i am missing my IV fee and seeing that i received my iv invoice earlier this morning, i am assuming this is a false checklist, would i be correct?

I haven't heard from them yet either. I haven't sent my AOS or IV package yet though.
