As soon as i got access DS261, I found AOS form is terminated with the following message...

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

What is that mean..... Calling to NVC but call failed again and again...

Hi Qazee i got the same message from last 10 days, I just called this afternoon and the CSR said since its not processed yet in the NVC system you are getting this message, your file is fine. My PD is May 30th., and I believe whoever is getting welcome letter after march their file is already ready either adjustment of status or updating to IR1 and CR1. I am still in GC and will apply for my Citizenship middle of this month. Hopefully it will escalate my case.

Question to everybody: My PD is 30th may, 2014. Still waiting for NVC welcome letter. Planning to apply for my citizenship this month. Since Cases are at NVC is now moving its possible that I can get my citizenship in between. Is it possible to change my status after Case Complete at NVC ?? Also is it possible to it before? I am asking since My citizenship can be obtain befor or after Case complete. Please help

My Pd is on 28 March 2014 and I got welcoming letter from NVC yesterday. Although, since I am going to do adjustment of status I think I should call NVC and let them know and I will process my case through USCIS. any idea?

Hey...nothing to worry about...its quite a common message...hold on for couple of more weeks....you might get access to it...

Hi, I am new in this forum. I am a LPR and filled for my spouse on April 27th. NOA2 Approved on September 8th, NVC received the file on October 1st, Got the NVC Case Number, IIN Number and Beneficiary Number on October 17th. But NVC Says they cannot proceed further with my case because my Priority date is not current and my PD is May 30th, 2014. I checked the PD date for Bangladesh and it says the current date is now March, 2013. So I am assuming I have to wait another year for processing the file. I am almost 4 and 1/2 years in USA and can file my N-400 some where in mid April, 2015. Is there any other way I can bring my spouse over here in USA while waiting for PD. May be B1/B2? Please help.....
