  1. My wife got her card today but of course not without incident 😠. Yesterday we got a USPS update that our letter was undeliverable due to a bad address....really??? We went to the post office first thing today and the lady was confused as why we didn't get it. She was really nice about looking for our letter. When they found it she said the normal carrier for our route was out yesterday so they scanned it wrong or something like that. Anyways, we got it!!!! On to n-400. Good luck everyone.

Congratulations.  You are about 1 week ahead of us.  I hope we get something soon.  Can you tell us the first part of your CSC number?  It should be something like WAC172x.  Thanks!

Congratulations to KKjiang too!   How nice to have the card in your hand!!

Unfortunately I have never tried to get in contact with a tier 2 rep but others have tried with varying success.   I suspect that the document is an 18 month extension notice but I am just guessing.  I remember someone saying that the best time to call is as soon as the office opens.  Good luck!

Thanks! My receipt number starts with WAC1718

  3. So we passed through CBP last night and the officer thought the year extension was from the receipt date on the letter. I had to tell him that the 1 year extension should be from the expiration date on the green card. I pointed to the first sentence on the letter, then pointed to the date on the green card. After that he gave us no more issues but nonetheless he gave us a mini heart attack!!! Augh.... so ready to be done with all this.

Same here :) I've sent Tax Transcripts double-sided...as originals were.. Actually, and the bank statements. Well, again - this is how the originals looked.

The Petition, I-751 - one sided, but the evidence - according to their originals.

I've read somewhere here, on VJ, that we are allowed to ptint both sides. And I know people who submitted even I-751  double-sided.. Got approval already ;)

I believe we should be fine.. and trees will be saved!!!! :)

I sent double sided papers. Got NOA1 already. I guess we'll see if I get an RFE later on....

..My package has been sent today. But I can not track it!!!   USPS website says  "status not available"..  I went to the Post Office and they told me the package was gone, at 1.00 p.m.. I also was told the USPS system is kinda "down" today and doesn't reflect the real situation..

I don't know should I believe or not .. but I'm getting really worried..

I just checked mine and it says expected to be delivered tomorrow. I'm sure your package will be fine! try not to worry!

I have a question, is 3 pieces of evidence to little?

    I sent the following:

    - Joint tax return transcript for 2016.

    - Joint car insurance policy with both our names.

    - 20 Pictures from 2013 to today.

That's all I sent and all I can gather for now, should I expect an RFE? How soon?

Mine was small but not that small!! Hope it goes well for us!

  7. Hello everyone,

Had our interview this morning at 7 am. It was a breeze. About 15 mins long! The guy that interview us was really nice. He went through the packet verifying our address and asked about our living situation. Then he just asked the yes no questions and asked my wife when she came to the US. Then he asked if we had anything for him so I just gave him more papers showing our bona-fide marriage. At the end he said they will inform us of their decision. Around 10:10 am I got the email notifying us that my wife's card is in Production!!

  8. Guys just got out from info pass , so basically they said on their system it shows interview scheduling on nov 19 2014, so the info pass person send a detail(it took him almost ten minutes) to send a email to the national benefits center, he said I might get a reply or not. He was surprised I haven't gotten a interview letter so don't know what else to do, on my case status it says oct 14 we received ur finger print fee.

So does that mean your interview is on Nov. 19?

  9. Thanks! Hope you guys get one soon!! Let us know how the infopass goes.

I hope so too! This wait has been ridiculous!

Very ridiculous! Today is 8 months for us. I submitted a service request too. Let's see what happens.

Oh and I just noticed the updated their processing dates.
