When a case is transferred to supervisor review it can take up to 42 days for a supervisor to look at the file. My case has been flagged twice now. The first time we were in supervisor review for less than a week. The second time (this time) we've been in supervisor review since May 27. Others who entered supervisor review on the same day or after me have had approvals already, but I'm still waiting. It seems a little random.
Keep your chin up and keep calling. I call twice a week to see what's going on. If you can afford it, you can try calling every day. It won't necessarily take 42 days, but it might. Try to stay positive. We're nearing the end of this journey, and with your packages reviewed there isn't much holding you back now from a CC.

They are different at every embassy. When my husband went to the interview they asked him 3-5 questions. Nothing much. They asked him if he loves me? When is the last time he saw me? Do I live with him? What does he plan to do after the interview? And what job does he want in the us?

Soloenta, I am so sorry you were put through this torture!
Have you heard of a non-profit organization called the American Families United? I used to be a member of this group and can vouch for them. They deal exclusively with these types of denials and waivers. I have met some of the members locally and they are all very nice, compassionate people determined to unite their families. They were able to get a bill into Congress! I would encourage you to look them up, they have a website and are also on Facebook. They can give you a lot of insight. Most of their members are dealing with the separation themselves. Hope you find some comfort there and a real solution!
