Has anyone received Biometrics notice from Nebraska center? I received nothing from Nebraska center, not even NOA1. I've got my passport stamped, but just wondering if anyone is on the same boat?

Just an update on getting an info pass:

I tried to get one from 11:45pm to 12:30am yesterday using the auto refresher, no luck. This morning, I refreshed the website manually around 6:00am for 15 mins, no luck. Then, I just decided to check again at 7:15am, a spot for same day appointment showed up and I secured it (have your A# and receipt# ready all the time!). I went to the appointment 30 mins ahead, no one was in line, waiting room is empty, so the whole process was quick. Got my passport stamped (did not take my expired green card), and asked about the case status. The officer first thought Nebraska had already sent out both NOA1 and Biometrics Appointment letter to me back in Nov. Then, he went back talked to someone else, came back and told me that nothing has sent to me yet because Nebraska is new to the I-751 process and is still trying to figure things out. Well, he said the notice will eventually come, and if stamp expired, come back get another one.

At least, I have peace in mind now. Good luck to everyone!

Called USCIS today, said the NOA1 was mailed on 11/15, which I am sure they never did... And then the representative says they cannot resend it because USPS says they delivered it... Told me to get an infopass instead, which I just checked that there are no appointment available. Request an online non-delivery request as well, but only told me I will be scheduled a bio appointment in the future.

When am I able to resubmit a non-delivery request online?

I submitted a service request and I was told that my file is in line to be reviewed by an officer - basically they processed the payment and now it’s sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked up by an IO to issue the NOA1. And to contact them back in 60 days if I didn’t get it.

Then I called and spoke with a clueless customer service rep that told me NOA 1 was mailed on 11/2, I honestly think she just read my case online where it’s says that on November 2 we accepted your case and mailed you bla bla bla.. and that they don’t sent duplicates. Same story like mine across August, September and October fillers. It’s just a mess now.

I booked an InfoPass for Monday to get my passport stamped. Hopefully that will go smoothly and I will get the 12 month extension in my passport, then I will wait for the 18 month NOA1. 

Thank you so much Alex! Now I know I am not alone. I just cannot believe that they tell us online that they mailed the notice but actually they haven’t. That does not sound responsible to me. I received my AOS i-797c notice fairly quick in the past that’s why I am worried that they might send to a wrong place or mail get lost somewhere. By the way, how do I request a service to make sure that the real status of the case? Thanks!

Dear all, I have a question for i-797c notice. So, I received the text message says uscis received my application on 11/16 and I-797c will follow up. Then, I checked online status on 11/21, the status says Nebraska Center is processing it and the I-797c has been mailed to me. However, it has been over 1 week and I still haven’t received the receipt. Is that normal? What should I do? Thanks!

My fiance and I had submitted our I-129F package in early Sep. However, he just got laid off this month, and he is thinking about being a full-time student. This makes me worried about Affidavit of support. He worked as a federal contractor for 3 years, has made over 60k so far this year, and he currently has over 100k liquid assets. However, I heard that consulate cares more about employment status than assets, is that true? Is it okay that he is unemployed during the process? Does he has to have a job, or his assets are enough to prove his financial capacity? Any advice are welcomed. Thank you!
