Day 70, no updates after doing biometrics. Will file a service request on day 75.

Does anyone know how to file an i765 service request? The case inquiry website does not have i765 in the list of forms.

Yes nothing for us either, it's day 62 today and no updates since our biometrics. We were hoping to travel for christmas vacation, but we switched our vacations today since the AP wont be ready in time.

I will file a service request on day 75 for the EAD/AP card, which is what their website says to do.

Thats great news! Memphis seems to be really fast with processing their i485.

So I haven't been around the forum since Thursday night! I was busy all weekend it was my birthday Friday 21st and I've been with my inlaws doing things.

1 hour ago I checked uscis and everything was as usual I just checked again before going to sleep and my AP is aproved date November 24 and EAD is in card production!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited a couple tears jumped out me eyes hahahaha seriously.

The thing is I never got any emails and when I click in each case it says individually approved since November 22 both and November 24 card production.

Congrats to everybody else who I see with news too!! I will update my timeline now to help others.

Congratulations Iris! Just curious, did your i485 status ever change to "Testing and Interview"? We filed 2 weeks after you, hoping we will hear something in the next 2 weeks.

It's been 20 days since our biometrics, and no news yet...

It seems that the new case-status interface also pushed back the dates by 4 days... Before the new website my cases statuses had october 2nd for receipt, now it says october 6th...

Hello all!

Got our NOA1 (text and email notifications)... I have a question though, my husband got all 4 different case number notifications and I didn't get any..we only attached 2 G1145 forms (for the I-130 and I-485). I put my email and tel number in the from I 485 and my husband put his email and tel nr in the I 130. Is this normal procedure that they do so they wont have to send separate notifications?

Yes it seems to be normal. We did the same thing, 2 G1145 forms with different emails and phones (petitioner and applicant), and everything is coming to my phone number/email. Don't worry.

They yelled at my wife a little at first but then they let her do it. Hope it speeds things up..

Sent our AOS package on October 12th and just recieved the 3 txt and emails last night with the MSC # included....checked uscis case status and is showing Acceptance for the I485...and Initial review for the I765 and I131...I'm wondering why the I485 shows different than the other 2....and ideas anyone? ??

I485 stays in Acceptance, then moves to testing & interview, once you get your biometrics done. Its normal.

Congrats! Thats really fast for EAD, did you request an expedite?

Someone please correct me if i'm wrong. These dates are for the last case they processed (including ones with RFE's, delays etc). For example, the Detroit field office seems to be going backwards because they were around January 30 as of July, but now they are at December 15 as of August 31st. In other words they may have processed some that are most recent, but the last one was filed Dec 15.
