CONGRATS!!!!! I'm happy for you. I'm going thru the same process. My fiance lives in Jamaica and I'm hoping that we get a NOA2 soon. We are planning an August wedding so I am crossing my fingers that he will have his visa by then. Please keep me in the loop with your NVC and interview process.

Are you sure they aren't from CSC and just filled out their timeline wrong?

Can anybody assist me in writing a letter to a congresswoman/man?I would also like to know if the waiting time is five months or six months for k1 visa?

I'm concerned about TSC processing times.My fiancee and i will be five months next month and it irritates me that they're still at June.I can't understand why they don't transfer some of the cases.Its so ridiculous that we have to wait so long when they can simply lessen their case load

I think something should be done because this wait is awful.I estimated our approval to be in February but from the looks of things imma have to put it in April

No,i don't.My fiancee wanted to send it to me but i wanted to be where she is and have her put it on my finger.Call me overly romantic but i don't wanna get it and put it on myself

Our case hasn't been touched either but i'm also wondering if we're gonna get an RFE because of the letter of intent.We did write it and we also mentioned the 90 days but we didn't mention which state we're going to get married & they say same sex couples have to do that

when i first joined vj it said our approval would be around February....There should be something we can do

i know how you feel!Its been a month and i'm ready to get my NOA2 now.I can't even get to see my babe untul next year & that suckssss!!!!!I check constantly on some days too & on others i try to forget about it.I get a lil jelly of those at CSC too but hey,we're all gna get through sooner or later.I never expected it to be this long,i had so many expectations.Keep the faith,the days aren't as long as they seem.Go out with friends,dont talk about it ALL the time & make plans for whats to come after NOA2.I still have my fingers crossed that i get through in December

Based on what i've seen,September TSC filers aren't going to get through for now.Maybe we will start getting NOA2 around December.The wait is depressing Wish i had gotten sent to CSC

This is all making me feel hopeful, even though I'm in TSC. Hopefully I'll get transferred. Perhaps they are making a big push to hit some sort of quotas by the end of the year? I wonder if this happened last year.

For the pictures,if you and ur other half have been together for awhile you could send pix that showed how much you have grown.My fiancee & i did that,we submitted pictures that showed our growth over time so u could see the changes we made over the years.

Hi guys! I sent out my package on the 16th, signed on the 17th, and received my NOA1 today! I'm so excited and nervous! I'm in TSC though I really us september peeps get lucky and they hurry their butts up at tsc
