Received my passport today (5/4) and now waiting for NL!

my online status says my passport has been sent. it has the confirmation number but not the tracking number and for some reason the link they sent wont track it?

Anybody with the same experience?

Both mine and my daughter's passport arrived before it was updated online. It still said "in the final processing stages". Actually, it still does (10+ days after I received it)...

For those people who received their passport...Did the website notify you before you received the passport or you just saw it in the mail box?

I sent a passport application today 4/1/15 in Houston non expedited.

_{US Citizen as of today. start of filling till oath took ~8 months in Houston. The ceremony started at about ~10 am. They asked us to be there at 7 am. the earlier go the sooner you get out of the ceremony depending in your color coded tickets.}

So I am looking for some info for updating social security from green card holder to U.S. citizen!

My understanding is that we can do this online or you can go in person after filling out the application...will be intervirw by officer by going to office? Any input on this?

For us passport, what is easiest way or best way to get a new passport... Going to a usps?

I passed my interview (checked recommended for approval) and my oath is 3/25 in Houston.

I guess the dream came true. I got my doctorate from US 4 years ago and now I will be citizen of USA

The change of address form is supposed to take care of it, but there are some cases where files aren't sent to the new office. This is more common when someone moves after they file the n400, but it can happen in your situation as well. I don't think you should worry; if you went through ROC in Houston, they probably have everything they need at the Greenspoint USCIS office.

I had my 2 year green card when I was in east coast and removed my conditional green card in Houston. Now I have my interview in Houston for citizenship. I have done change of address each team I moved in USCIS website.

I heard couple of people cases files didn't get to their current place that they are interviewing.

My question: isn't change of address take care of that? Or am I missing something here!?

My interview will be March 17.
