what makes me think about this issue is;

they never ask my fiancee (beneficiery) email adress.. i gave them on a phone call (to nvc) .. i am wondering if they got it right.. im also wondering whatever email beneficiery will receive if petitioner is receiving also???

my fiancee Katya's ceac status says READY since 5/22 im trying to relax little bit from searching what to do .. im so glad i found this topic alot of information...

AP .. im trying to gather every last bit of paperwork i need to take with me to be with katya at the interview..

i was kinda confused about if embassy wants any paperwork to be mailed to them before interview.. alot of people here said no... so im going with that answer

my fiancee was TOURIST when she first arrived, then she came here again as a TOURIST while she was here she changed her visa to go to language school. then she moved back to her country...

after

She applied 3 times for tourist visa and they denied her in every attempt because of ties situation.... lets see what is going to happen to us in interview..

Ready means the embassy has the packet and that you are ready to schedule the interview. Have you seen this guide to help you? It helped me tremendously and also hopefully some of the Russian embassy folks can give you more info. Good luck!!

does anyone know if beneficiery receives package 3 or 4 from moscow embassy or if they will send beneficiery a letter?? or something?

because im confused about package 3-4 and why i have to schedule interview without receiving any instructions from them?? which comes first ..???

in Ceac status search,

READY means our papers are already gone? or its ready to ship? what other updates i can see after READY status?

i just called nvc to ask some stuff about my case.. they transfered me to another office guy ask me if my case is in ready condition in embassy.. i said i dont know i just wanna update email guy transfered me back to original call...

i just checked ceac case status that wasnt working for 5 days ... now it says READY TO SCHEDULE INTERVIEW !!!!!!!

so now what to do ??? im petitioner ... please tell me

By email, when you call back in 1-2 days you will have to verify your name, and email as well as the beneficiary name, DOB, and email address.

they already ask me beneficiery's dob and name and my name .. she verified my email and phone number (petitioner) only thing was beneficiery's email, i will call back either tonight or tomorrow again to tell them ..

I just called now,

i got out NVC number start with MOS and our invoice id number...

and asked the representative if i need to give them any other information like beneficiery's email or something she said she cant do anything because our case is just created so give it 1-2 days and call back for that she said..

so if they send our papers to embassy how embassy will contact my fiancee??? with a phone call?(because her phone number is on the application) or with email ? (what i need to call again for that?)

by the way just looked ac NVC case status... it says " this receipt number does not exist' lets see...

how do you guys know if they transfer your case to NVC???

in our uscis account it will says we mailed you post decision letter...

but nothing after that...

Yes a letter will be sent to the petitioner having your Case Number on it explaining that Althea received the case and sent it to the embassy. They said it will usually take 1-2 weeks to get the hardcopy from them.

do i have to send that to my fiancee (real document) for interview or copy is fine?

what can i say to NVC phone person to be able to get my number? i called 2 times since monday.. both times i talked and they told me i gotta wait 35 days.. when i look at peoples info here it usually takes 14 days from NOA2 to embassy sent option..

you need to write whole story in one shot so people can tell you their opinions... every msg you send you say 'i will get into details later'...????

By the way, looking at RFE's and stuff. If someone here is Russian or knows Russian language, there is a blog and ALL information about k-1 visa is collected there. If you follow directions from that blog and do everything EXACTLY like the girl wrote there, there will be no RFE's or denials in visa.

I followed that blog and no RFE's for me. + I made a checklist to make sure I follow everything. And my fiance is going to follow that blog in Moscow.

7-10 days is not realistic. Best case is usually about 10-14 days.

its been 7 days since my NOA2 ... i just called nvc and gave my wac number... representative told me i need to wait 35 days... when i search in here it usually takes 7-10 days for case number... what to do ???
