    Hello Everybody,

    i have a question.

    i am little confused about dates to enter.. here is my question

    my fiancees I-797 NOA2 says approval notice valid from 5/5/2015 to 9/4/2015

    we already went to interview and got apprived and on her visa issue date is 7/7/2015 expire date is 12/29/2015.

    so question is..

    1.what matter is the visa expire date to enter to USA and get married right?

    2. her plane ticket is for october 24 and we are thinking to get married end of november. once you get married you dont have to file right away right if you have financial problem or something???

    can someone please explain

    Hello Everybody

    i have a question

    my fiancee received an email yesterday from this site with whole site looking like an embassy website, it says she won the green card i am actually not believing it but wanted to ask you.

    they say we have to send money visa western union, bank transfer or moneygram and we have to send them passport copies etc...

    when you win the lottery how does the immigration lets you know??

    first of all welcome.

    i am from Miami Beach, and i also have a fiancee from russia.

    i filed on march 29th and my case is also sent to california,

    RIGHT now im already in russia and we are about to go to our interview in 5 days. so if you did everything right ..

    you will be dealing with interview in 2 months maybe less :)

    i just saw you are approved NOA2 so... i think in 3 weeks you can go to interview :)

    Also please note that they likely won't even bother looking at your new pictures. They didn't look at any of the on-going evidence we had ready. FYI

    i will be there on monday morning, rightaway going to medical than tuesday we are off.. wednesday morning we have interview. thursday afternoon leaving from moscow..

    i will definately call if you are free we can walk around. i will be staying in arbat street 750m to the embassy.

    good news, consulate moscow resolve all the technical issues yesterday. :)

    after searching 10.000 websites and i have like 3000 saved file i confused my self... do you have the list of what papers they need at the interview?

    question 2
    i already pass the minimum treshold for the income requirement , and i own my business. i only need to show my last years taxes right? any other paper work they need do you think?
