Before Applied I-129 F, I have submitted only engagement party and photo of engagemts only.

But when I have interview, I also submitted my wedding photos to them? I took wedding before interview. They also did not ask about it also.

We are Asian, so some Aisan countries must make engagement first then wedding. ^.^

And I'm truth, not lie. ^.^

why don't you have W-2 of 2013? Is there typing mistake?

Now, U filled in new DS 160 then submit again, then u sent new DS 160 to your Embassy. And bring your new DS 160 to your interview date.

How long was your visa issued? I passed interview last Jan/14 but my visa was not issued.....So worry.

You got the same status to me before. It will not affect to you K1 visa.

I applied K1 visa on Apr/2014. Then Jul my petitioner changed his job. Then I had interview on Jan/14/2015. Just submiited enought Affidavit of support document. There is no problem. dont worry

I got married in my country before applying for K1-visa.

But when I applied for K1 visa, I mentioned I got angagement party , not wedding party. And I did not show them the photos which I wore wedding dress.

I think may be your gf wants to take wedding party then apply for K1 visa. But you should not go to Comittee and get marry certification. if get, you must change to I-CR1 visa.

In my cases, they've got my finance's tax return transcript, W-2, form 1040 and employee sign letter.

They got back all paystubs to me.

In VN, every interviewer has translator. If your finance doesnt listen clearly what interviewer says, just ask the translator help for this. I think language is not the most important. Besides of this, you should prepare more envidences to show them your truth relationship.

He can get it himself. For me, everyday I talk with my finance via Viber, so I take photo of the viber screen, Then I put them on excel sheet. You choose random, 3 ~5 days/ month. I printed them by color printer, so it looks very colorful...

In your NOA2, it also said about your expite date of your K1 visa, I am worrying your case is later than expite date now.

I am in Karachi and my k1 fiance visa petition_NOA2 was approved on september 4 2014. case was created on september 4 2014 at nvs website.

What I am worried about is I have not recieved packet 3 from islamabad embassy till now... status is same as it was on september 4 that your file is ready at nvc for interview. Can anyone please help if it is normal and it takes more then 3 to 4 months in recieving packet 3 from embassy. DS 160 was filled online on 29 SEPTEMBER 2014 but still didn,t hear anything from embassy.

I would be very thankful if you guys will help me out.

If the status is ready means you can submit DS 160. And after case was ready 10 days and u did not receive Pack 3, ps make inquiry in your consular website to ask about it.

In my country, w/o packet 3, we can get interview as normal.

Only W-2 is not enough. U shoud ask him give you form 1040 or tax return transcript and paystubs of 3 months recently.

I am going to have interview on Jan/14. When I submitted I-129 F. I've submitted copy of petitioner's birth cetificate already.

And now, I am also keeping his copy birth cer. I am worrying I will lose his original so I did not ask for him.

Is this available if I join interview w/o original petitioner's original birth cer, only copy of petitioner's birth cer?

Any advises will be appreciated.

I had medical test on dec/12. Then I decided to make new passport again cause it was damaged by water's wetting. Then, I called IOM and they said that I have to get new medical test on Jan/05 . I've got new pp on Jan/05.

On Jan/05 I went there, and another staff said that : " YOU COULDN'T GET NEW MEDICAL TEST " , In interview date, p/s explain this situation to Embassy and they will decide getting new medical test or not?

Is there anyone got the same status with me? And did you get new medical test based on Embassy's decition?

Any advises are appriciated.

My interview is on Friday, Jan 9th at 730 am here at the US Embassy in Manila. I dont have the form 1040 with me. What are the possibilities?

Ask your finance goes to irs website to download 1040 there and scan it to you. Without signature is accepted. I got all form tax return transcript, w2, 1040 mortageland tax return.

I got through IRS website yesterdaym It was lucky even I am out of America.

I've got many forms : tax return transcript, form 1040 and W2 ( wage and Tax).

The others form I-134 and others documents are on the way coming to here.

but I am very nervous for coming interview.

How about is I am going to have interview with I-134, W2, salary pay-check, bonus, employee letter and form Mortageland tax return.

Because now my finance cant get tax transcritp through error in irs system. We have requested to receive it by mail but we're not sure how long can we get it.
