i sent the envelope the civil surgeon gave me which im. not suppose to open he didnt provide no copies of it

They usually state you sent the incorrect fee for a few reasons:

1. You did not answer that your category of filing on the I765 was C9/C09.

2. You did not submit individual coverletters for each form stating you are filing all concurrently on each of them (the forms get separated upon arrival so unless you tell them, they might not know you've submitted all three together).

3. Your cheque/money order/G1450 was filled out incorrectly (not the amount but the actual form of payment).

i did all of those steps above but ill try again maybe i made a error on check and as far as medical i recieved a envelope which i was told not to open and thats what i sent to them i never recieved copies of them thanks for reply

my aos package has been returned due to incorrect fees.my medical envelope was sent back open.they said to send everything back with correct fees does anybody know should i send medical envelope opened just the way they returned it

On your application did you put the AOS as category C9?  If you put a different catergory, they'll expect a different amount of money.

yes i put c9

is 6 the correct passport pictures or 4

after waiting since july 8th with no response from uscis i got my package back today saying i provided incorrect fees i sent 1225 through a check can someone tell me what is the correct fee (k1) aos

my aos got to chicago july 8th and still no sms email noa nothing from them is anybody else here expieriencing this ??

the consulate will make mistakes here and there thats the purpose of this website to learn from each other expierances not to be judging...this k1 was for my dads fiancee..i brought my wife on k1 visa also and fixed citizenship for my two half brothers

Expired form doesn't sound like a good reason, but outdated information does.

why did you get 221g?did you not take i134 to interview?im asking because i just got one to for i134 they said it expired but thats the only version available in uscis website

they wont accept no scanned signature only original

no it wasnt denied it went to admistrive processing i need to send them a unexpired cersion of i134 but that was the latest version
