Got my texts and emails this afternoon! I feel like I'm finally in the system 9 days after it was delivered to them.
"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx......"
I'm going to go and find out the significance of the "MSC" of my receipt number. Plus I didn't even realize it goes to the national benefits center. I assumed it just got sent to the Texas office because I'm in Georgia. I must have read that somewhere. Oh well, I'm off to educate myself on this bit of the process. :-)
