  2. i just waited my 180 days like they told me and nothing not NOIR or reaffirmed i feel like crying, I don't have a passport from Cuba to go visit him and when I re-apply they told me that is taking 6 months to receive it. it looks like everything that we try to do is failing apart. call again today and put a ticket and they said that i need to wait until August 27 for a response.:cry::cry:

  3. spoke with tier 2 officer and told me that every case is different when it comes to investigations that it could happen in 3 month (which i am past that) 6 or 12 after that they will contact me if they need more evidence or just send it to the embassy basically we already knew all this, meanwhile since i live in Miami is really easy for me to travel to Cuba once a month Friday to Monday so that will keep me busy and with enough evidence for the second round.

  4. they transfer me already now they are telling me that they will call me back ? yes mine is I-130 as well..from Cuba the reason that they wrote in the 221g that marrige was based for immigration purpose only :ranting: they interview him on 04/27/15 and case was sent back on 12/21/15 :ranting:

  5. so when i called i need to ask for a tier 2 officer. this is what i received on february 3

  8. Hi

Felling desperate case was “refused” at US consulate in Cuba back in August 21, my husband received back his passport with a 221g saying:

Your application for visa is being denied under section 221(g) of the Immigration and nationality Act as the claimed relationship between you and the petitioner exists for immigration purpose only. The petition on filed in your case is being returned to USCIS with recommendation that it be revoked.

Since then case was send to NVC on December and then to USCIS on January finally I received a Notification on February 3:

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

  12. Hi

I started this process back in May 2014 and everything went smoothly

Case was sent to Nebraska then approved on October and no checklist at NVC, interview April 27.

I decided to go with him so I flight to Cuba for the interview did not enter to the embassy since my presence was not required. After waiting for him almost all day the consular office ask him where I was and why if I love him so much was not with him on the interview. He told her that I was down stair so she told him to go and grab me because she wanted to talk to me.

She was not convinced about our relationship even thought that we brought picture since we were kids (1998)...at the end she told him to come back in two weeks to get fingerprints that was May 8 and she will talk to him again. After that we wait for almost a month until I decided to call the embassy since my case was not touch.

The Cuban lady told me that my case was in hold waiting for more evidence (which nobody told us that we need to submit more) so he went back on June 5 and presented more evidence and affidavit of support updated. Then the glitch happen so my case was updated on July 1 I decided to call again to see if we were missing something else again. Now the embassy told me that they schedule another interview for him which I manage to get an early appointment because it was for August 21

He will be going for his 3rd interview tomorrow July 10 don’t know what to think at this point waiting for the worse to happen.:cry::cry:

Anyone in my situation that can tell me what does it means a 3 interview is it going to be REFUSED omg I hate that word.:cry:
