Yesterday president Donald Trump said he is working with congresss to sign a new immigration reform that will deny access to chain migration. He said the ones they will be a priority will be spouse and under age children . I wonder and I’m sure others are wondering too if this immigration reform might kick in anytime soon and if it will affect k1 visas and waivers .
what is age bracket, underage children?

What is the approval timeframe for a US citizen filing for spouse and children under 21?

Yes as long it's not more than 1 year out of the US or she will loose her LPR status.

I am an LPR and about to file for I-130 for my children in the Philippines. Both are 15 and 17. Do I have to file before they reach 18 to speed up the process to be still considered still minors? Please I need answers. Thanks!

Hi guys,
Good Morning.
Can anyone enlighten me how to start or the steps in doing the paperworks for my wife and minor kids in coming to the US. I am a greencard holder. I don't know where to begin. I don't have money to get an immigration lawyer to help me out. I am only relying with VisaJourney to help me out. Kindly throw me some inputs.
Thank you so much in ahead of time.

My half-brother just had his interview done last August 24, 2014 in US Embassy in Manila, but he was denied of an immigrant visa because they are requiring him to undergo a DNA testing from the petitioner, which is my father who is a LPR. I want to know if anybody here who can give an information about the process, where to do it, and the fees about this DNA testing. Thank you.
