And one more.... So i was self employed as a tutor but one summer I worked as a summer au pair in the uk. Can The dates overlap? I didnt do two jobs, just had 3 months break as I went to do some au pairing in the UK. So can I write That I was self employed for two years and then write I was a summer au pair for three months in the time frame when being self employed....?

Also, i have one more question. Im sending this application end of Nov beginning of Dec ( depending when I get my marriage certificate), i finish my au pair work on 9 of december, however, pratically Im out on 26 th November because im using my vacation days.

can i wrtie i was employed as an au pair- 12.2012-12.2014 and then space up: None ( employment) 12.2014 to present?

I have two questions:

- whats the difference between g325A and g325 form? Im filling the Aos from J1 visa and im filling the g325A form- hope thats the right one

- I have a problem with filing the list of employment. For the past two years Ive been working as an au pair (which I stated in the form), but ealier than that I was a private English teacher. I was a full time student and I was making small money by giving private lessons to kids. There were a few familes I had been working for within those two years ( I even cant remeber their names now;/). Do you think I should just write that I was unemployed or write N/A under the address and name of the employer, and then under the occupation write just private english teacher?

Also, I have one more question.

My J1 visa expires 9th of December and I am an au pair. Im getting married end of November and im leaving my family just before Thansgiving as i have my two weeks of vacation saved ( so im leaving at that time for good, just gettimg paid for those vacation days). I will probably send my package at the beginning of Dec.

question: what should i write on my ead paper- that i work till 9 th of dec or just leave it blank as im about to finish it and I will be without work as my grace perido starts from 10th of Dec.?

Can I go to the doctor for my exam just before getting married ( start about month before)? My plan is to have my package ready before the marriage and then just add my marriage certificate. We are already together on two bills.thank you

... also if im on j1 visa and the program finishes on date but i have 30 days period. So lets say my visa is valid till 1st October ( as my Ds form says) or till 30th of October . I am not sure what should I write in the box where they ask me till when my visa is valid. Shall i say 1st October +30 days period?

Just wanted to know if shared lease is very important and if i dont atacht it they will ask me for RFE?

Is the shared lease contract a necessary for AOS? I already have joint account and phone plan together. We currently dont live together ( only for the weekends) as i work as an au pair and my contract requires to live with the host family. i am going to move in straight after gettting married, however, as soon I get our marriage certificate I want send everything in. Its hard to ad me to the lease as my visa expires 2 months after I get married, plus we are planning to look for a new place after marriage so we dont know how long we gonna stay there.

Do you think I would be ok with joint bank account, phone, and auto insurance proof on both names?

Ive been reading the forum but couldn't find some answers to my question.

I am an au pair on J1 visa. I met my bf online just before coming to the US and after my arrival we were meeting and become a couple after about 2 months of dates. Its been over 1,5 year together and we are getting married on Nov 22. And it is just before my au pair program finishes. I do not have two year rule residency- this is what my visa says, first Ds form ( second, extension year DS is not filled as I extended the program when being in the US). Just to be sure I searched the list of countries and my country did not show up.

Me and my fiancee dont live together- i go to his place during the weekends ( every weekend or day off ) I cant live with him as I have a contract to live with my host family. We already made a join account, have a phn bill together.

Question: Would be that enough to show the prove ( account and phn) ? Do i really need to try to get a lease together right now even if I dont live with him now but i will as we get married?

Question: When is the best time to do my medical exam? What is the earliest I can do that? I heard it can be done before the marriage. i already got my translation of vaccines from my home country . If I do it just before marriage, can I use my new last name even i wouldnt be married yet?
