My green card is long expired as well as my extension letter. Schedule an appointment to get i551 stamp on his foreign passport. That serves as his green card for another 1 year. Submit to his job and their HR should be familiar with this document as its acceptable. 

Same June 18th case transferred. Also got the February biometrics reuse mail and I just got another mail yesterday telling me to go for a biometrics appointment June 4th...

I was just about to say that packet is enormous. I did not send all My.bank statement for 2 years because it was 120 pages. I selected 4months in each year and sent to them.

Your visa must be multi entry and you were given a length of stay 6 months or less when you arrived. If you have overstayed that then you are out of status. Is your wife a USC or otherwise. Being from a high fraud country you may have issues adjusting in states ( only possible IF your spouse is a USC and you didn't plan to stay when you entered ) The safer route is to leave before your permitted stay ends and file and CR1 , you can visit during the process as long as you don't overstay.
