    Actually you need to contact embassy in Seoul as they officially need to request the file to be sent to them. I went through the same thing. It will take 1 month or so. In this case NVC will not help you. Good Luck!

    That's bit like forecasting the stock market that's 3 months out from now.
    But based on most (non-Filipino) I-129F filings,
    I would bet a fresh mint Benjamin Franklin that your fiancée's interview
    will likely be next spring to early summer...if you file now.
